Lee is an harassing man! Cancelled an appointment as I was dealing with a stroke patient and I had a massive leak in my ceiling and he turned up anyway; tried forcing his way into my property when I told him he wasn’t coming in as I’d cancelled the appointment prior to his arrival.
In the end blocked all of your moves numbers and never felt so happy

Hi Lisa, Lee works at your move Walkden Branch - I had all of my information removed from Your move as there was a breach of GDPR and head office took my information off the system with immediate effect.
I was being rung off numerous numbers by the man stated above out of office hours whilst I was heavily pregnant

We sold our house with Your Move back in December. The house was on the market only 2 days when we accepted an offer, which I was delighted with.
As we were in the process of buying and selling, we we came across a few issues with the chain. Carlie assisted with any chasing of people or information. She dealt with our queries straight away, and got back to us as soon as she had an answer. She also made some great suggestions to help move things along quicker. She made a very stressful situation far less stressful.

YourMove have been very professional, helping to sell my house under lockdown conditions is never easy, but they guided me through the whole process and keeping in regular contact, which is key when there are multiple solicitors and suchlike involved.

Your Move helped me with the sale of my house. Lisa Williams the Branch Manager was so lovely and helpful especially when showing the prospective buyers around my house.
Bella Brooke-Steel the Valuations Manager was brilliant she constantly kept in touch with me with regards to the progress of sale of the house and always chased and kept the relevant parties informed. They made the sale of the house a lot less stressful especially with not living in the area. Sorry cant think of anything good to say I found them totally incompetent and felt ignored through whole process until we decided to go with another agent and terminated the contract. Only then was any effort put in and buyer already known negotiated with properly. Details on system appalling and despite several conversations no attempt made to improve them. Miss information given out stating buyer was cash buyer by office staff. Would not recommend nor use again myself. Seller beware!

It started well and then things slipped! We were impressed with the Astley Branch Manager Lisa, for valuation and business set up etc, but then we were passed on to team members and standards slipped. Careless mistakes in passing on correct emails, the lazy assumption that because my sister and I shared the same surname we were Mr and Mrs, and addressed as such in correspondence. The initial assumption that sending an email or phone call to one of us was enough when a CC would help if an early response was needed. The in-house conveyancers similarly seemed to be careless with our contact details, despite us going to the office in swinton to provide our ID and address details. Sadly the overall feeling was not that we were getting a competent and efficient service, but rather an expensive one in which we still had to do all the footwork. Our customer experience was typified by unwarranted “bonhomie” from staff but not followed through with promised actions. Even getting the link sent for this review needed a follow up email from me. Similarly the Estate Agent and conveyancer’s fees came out instantly on completion but a promised refund needed an email from me and a wait of a month after completion.This was our family’s first experience of using an Estate Agent so we have nothing to compare it with. I have to say that closing and moving the Astley office mid sale did not help from our perspective. Apart from our first contact with the Manager, there was nothing in our subsequent customer experience that would lead us to re-use or recommend this Agent.

Bella came round at first contact and walked us through the process.
Costs were agreed based on the selling price, we opted to have the professional photos taken at an extra cost, to be honest this was money well spent as we had 4 viewings and 3 offers in the first week.
They answered and returned calls quickly chasing answers to questions asked
