I cannot express how disgusted I am with the Customer Service - well, I should say, lack of.
The female who answered the phone needs a lesson in professional telephone etiquette! I’m assuming she must be a family member as no one in their right mind would continue to employ such a bad specimen.
Avoid this company. I gave it 1 star as zero wasn’t an option.

The agent was extremely old and rude...really should retire. He had the personality of a goblin. Showing me around Filthy dirty uncared for property, which could be fantastic and speaking to me as if I was something he'd trodden in because I'm unfortunate enough to rent.

This company has got to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The woman in the office has no clue what shes doing and can’t help with enquiries. She is also extremely rude in the way she handles situations. When applying for commercial properties they ask you to send in basically a CV of your finances, passport details and other personal details then leave you waiting. They do not get back to you (at all) to let you know you have been unsuccessful or if the shop has been offered to someone else. Just an array of unprofessional dealings and the shear rudeness of staff has lead me to this review.

Funnily enough I've been in contact with this company about the same property as someone else here and seems like it's a common theme. No response and really unhelpful

I have been contacting this company for the last month to enquire about an empty commercial property to rent in Streetly. Every time I contacted them they have been rude and unhelpful and told me they would be in touch when the property was ready to go to market. When the property did go to market I wasn’t notified and last week I was told that viewings haven’t been arranged yet. When I called today I was told that the property was suddenly under offer. When I queried this the lady was evasive and rude to the point that she hung up. It’s clear to me that they had no interest in showing the property to potential clients. I wonder if the landlord is aware of this? Given its location I highly doubt I’m the only person to be affected by their practices.

Utterly useless! Shaw, Gilbert & Froggatt don't know there arse from their elbow. Unable to follow simple processes and cause no end of problems for their clients. They clearly have no understanding of the law, not just in terms of case law, but simple acts of parliament and how they are applied. I've never know such an incompetent group of melons.
