Having found myself in a position where I had to recently sell my parent's home, I was required to obtain three quotes from estate agents. Keith Ian gave me a realistic valuation and we awaited Probate to be granted. Whilst this progressed, the staff at Keith Ian were the only company who really kept in any regular contact with me. Having bought a house via Keith Ian nearly 28 years ago, when the time came to put the house up for sale, Keith Ian was our obvious choice,. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and incredibly helpful. They clearly know the local market well and were frank and upfront as to what to expect. The photos were professionally taken and it looked great online. There were quite a lot of initial views and an offer was made within the first few weeks of the house being on the market. In this current climate, that is pretty impressive. The staff at Keith Ian really kept us regularly updated throughout and the sale completed just a few days ago. Everyone we dealt with at Keith Ian were great and they made an emotionally difficult task go like clockwork. They are a long-established company who deserve their good reputation and I can't recommend them enough. My personal thanks to Charlene and Jack for their complete professionalism throughout.
