Not the easiest of sales (but then what sale is) but Jordan and the team have been absolutely fantastic the whole journey. They have kept me updated, chased and brought it all together when needed and made it as stress free as possible. I originally had the listing up with another agency who gave me the feeling that my best interests did not come first where as Keith Ian made me feel the opposite. I have had such a great experience with all members at Keith Ian but in particular Jordan, who has gone above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through as smoothly as possible. Jordan was not my estate agent but the sellers. Even know I was not Jordan’s client, nothing was too much trouble for him. Great fast communication, polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
