I have been living at one of the properties provided by Silverspring Lettings. Honestly, most of the properties are well managed and the best part is that they are very proactive in handling any queries, maintenance requests, etc.
We recently faced boiler leakage and electricity problem during Christmas and new year. Even when everyone was on holidays, the team made sure to arrange technicians to get the issue resolved in 2 days. We highly appreciate this.

I had a great experience working with Silverspring Sales Estate agent. I recently bought a property, and the negotiation process was remarkably fast, just one week, which is the quickest I’ve ever experienced. However, the overall journey to exchanging contracts was challenging mainly due to delays outside of Silverspring ‘s control.
During one particularly difficult period, when progress seemed halted after weeks of waiting, I reached out to Silverspring for support. James Saul, the Director, Silverspring, personally took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me that the team would do everything they could to resolve the issues. True to his word, Silverspring stepped in, helped move things along, and kept me informed throughout the process.
When the purchase was completed and received my keys, I was pleasantly surprised by the personal touch, Siliverrspring team gave thoughtful welcome card, a home essentials pack, and a bottle of wine! It was such a sweet gesture that made me feel valued as a clients.

Poor service. 12 months paying money and they didn't renew any tenant. Complained about a roof leak and recommended a roofer which cost £880 and he did nothing, Turns out we are out of pocket and they want to answer any queries or meet. WOULD NOT GO NEAR THESE AGAIN. will be starting court procedings.

Our rented property was transferred from another agency to Silverspring Lettings mid-way through our tenancy. Nevertheless, this transition was seamless, and Silverspring Lettings were very quick to address any maintenance issues that had not been addressed by the previous agency. Throughout the remainder of our tenancy, maintenance issues continued to be addressed quickly, and their staff were always pleasant to talk to. We were always given advance notice of house viewings, and our deposits were returned soon after moving out. Definitely one of the better agencies in Leeds!

The most amazing letting company I’ve had the pleasure of renting with! The house was furnished to make it feel so homely. It was a great shame to leave our house! The rent was well priced for where we lived. They were so attentive to any issues we had within the house and were extremely generous in providing tools and equipment that were needed around the house such as spare lightbulbs, hoovers, a microwave, a toaster and lamps for our rooms. It was the easiest year in Leeds. Thank you Silverspring!

house was disgusting when we moved in. kettle had mould in it and there was a rat problem that we were not informed about. We had pictures of every issue. Despite the dreadful state of the house, we overheard a cleaner claiming that nothing was wrong with the house when we moved in despite mould and leftover/expired food in the sink and fridge.At the end of the tenancy, they cited a quote from a cleaner stating the house was left in a filthy condition. This is despite the fact that we left the house in a cleaner condition than it was in when we moved into it.Obviously we have photos to dispute this but it means nothing because they hold the power and can get away with robbing us. At the end of the tenancy we were charged an extortionate amount for non-existent issues. Most letting agencies will try to do things similar to this but i’ve never known one to attempt to take so much money.

My experience with this agency was the worst I have ever experienced while in the UK. They lack basic communication skills and seem to like collecting rent and not like paying back. I have always been on time with my rent. I give one months notice then received an email stating I can move early and get a refund for the remaining days. Two weeks passed after I moved and I was still awaiting my refund. The Landlord was very dodgy. When I call the landlord he refused from answering yet he was online whatsapp. I emailed no reply. When I called the agency cell number they answered and by the time they heard my name and what I was calling about they hang up. I had to mention taking legal action in order for my refund to get sent through and just imagine this landlord still trying to rob me from my refund rent money as well. Mind you at this time they have already rented the property to someone else and still refusing to pay my monies to me. When I had just moved in they were on the dot when answering my calls and replying to my texts and emails but after moving it was the total opposite. In the future I will avoid renting with this agency at all cost!

Even though the current owners had already moved and were no longer local to my area, Silverspring estate agents (who are based in the owner's new location) may as well have been local to me! An excellent service - very personable and professional from start to finish! The agent was quick to establish my and my family's needs, arrange a covid-secure viewing (which involved travel for the agent from their office-base to my local area) and regular communication. Working late, early, weekends, they did not stop to ensure the deadlines were met. All of this was done whilst keeping calm, organised and with a sense of humour. I am very glad to have signed with this Lettings company for my private student property. They have always responded to emails and maintenance requests very quickly and very personally; for them, it is not just to make money but they truly care about the customer satisfaction and making their tenants as comfortable as possible.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as they will always focus on creating a great environment for student tenants, not exploiting them like some other Letting Agencies/Landlords do...

Got a job and had to find somewhere to live in a very quick turn around time. Silverspring where very helpful and got my viewing and contract done super quick. Property was nice, secure and was warm in the winter! Quick to respond to maintenance and other questions. Really enjoyed renting through them and wish I could always have landlords as nice as this! I've used this agency for my second year in university and they're insanely good. They're very quick to respond to our requests and were willing to help us at stupid times of the day. They even bought our house a crate of 24 beers, a box of heroes and a Christmas card, all on their own generosity! One of the agents, James Saul, was even willing to collect a parcel I had coming to Leeds and ship it back home to me in Leicester when no one was at my address because of Christmas. They've made my second year at university easy and stress free with my housing so I'm definitely recommending them to anyone else out there.

Having used 5 different lettings agents in the last 15 years I have finally found a small friendly family run agency which is
