We recently dealt with Castlehill who sold our late Father's property and I can honestly say that from start to a very quick finish, we were very impressed by their knowledge, organisation, professionalism and attention to detail shown by every member of staff we dealt with (during the height of the Corona Virus).
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking about buying or selling their property.

We wanted to sell the house in Burley Park we had bought for our son to live in when he was at Leeds University some 13 years ago and which we had rented out as 'accidental landlords' since he moved away.

Matt Lehan from Castlehill came round to value the house and was extremely helpful in explaining the new regulations about buying and selling rental houses in this area of Leeds. Following his advice we were able to pull together the materials we needed to prove that the house had been continuously rented out since 2012 and he was able to deal with all aspects of selling our house, including arranging for a new EPC, as ours had expired.

The buyer was a property developer from Hong Kong and Matt provided excellent communications between us as the sale progressed. We agreed a price for the house that was completely acceptable to us and completion was achieved in good time despite all this happening during the period of the initial Covid-19 lockdown.

I'd recommend Castlehill without reservation and was very happy with the service they provided to us throughout the advertising, viewing and sales process.
