I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!

Right Let should discuss with the landlord first before requesting any amount, especially when there are check-in and check-out videos and tenant’s photos. In our case, the landlord claimed one-third of the deposit, stating it needed deep cleaning. However, the DPS refuted their claim, finding that the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the property had not deteriorated over the course of the tenancy, and we got our deposit back.
Even though it is not Right Let’s fault, they need to be a reasonable mediator. For this reason, I’m only giving them 4 stars.

I have used Right Let Leeds multiple times for finding me new tenants. I have always found then to be highly professional from the initial house inspection, marketing viewings, through to the vetting procedure/contracts.
Ive always found the whole team to be very easy to discuss my ideas and my tenancy requirements with.
My main point of contact was Tom, who i found to be very professional, full of enthusiasm amd an excellent communicator, who helped make the hole process seamless, I would definitely recommend Tom to market other landlords properties without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of finding the guys from Right Let Leeds during a challenging time when I was struggling to find a place to live in Leeds. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to help me secure a flat for a month, even when it seemed nearly impossible to find anything suitable.
Their dedication didn’t stop there. When my month-long stay ended (the flatmate I rented with had to leave), and I needed a new place to live, they once again came through. Not only did they find me another fantastic flat, but I ended up living with a wonderful housemate and better person who has since become a great friend.

I suggest you look them up on allAgents for real reviews.
Most of their positive google reviews are from landlords, and of course they are happy because all they care about is money not humans. Additionally if you look at some of their tenant reviews for example Ashley Read, you can see its a fake 5 star review as the fool has left "Feel free to customize this review with specific details or personal experiences to make it even more impactful." at the bottom of his review showing that Right Let Leeds has been sending out template reviews to people to fill out.
My experience with Right Let Leeds has been profoundly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights left me frustrated and disillusioned. Allow me to elaborate on the specific issues:
Misleading Move-In Date: Initially, Right Let Leeds assured us of a specific move-in date. However, at the eleventh hour, they changed their stance, insisting that if we wanted the property cleaned before moving in, we’d have to wait several days. This forced us to accept an unclean property, as evidenced by the attached photos.
Inadequate Repairs and Delayed Responses: Throughout our tenancy, Right Let Leeds consistently fell short in addressing repairs. Whether it was a leak or a broken fixture, their response time was abysmal. When they did attempt repairs, it was often half-hearted or non-existent. We endured a leak for seven months, only to have it addressed right before our tenancy ended. Additionally, the hole in the roof remained untouched (see attached photos).
Privacy Violations and Gaslighting: Right Let Leeds repeatedly violated our privacy by conducting unannounced visits. Mortgage surveyors, letting agents, and others would show up without warning, disrupting our daily lives. When challenged, they would gaslight us, claiming they had given notice—even in front of prospective tenants. Their behaviour was unacceptable.
Unjust Deposit Dispute: Right Let Leeds is attempting to withhold half of our deposit, citing cleaning costs and the need of a new sofa (the sofa they provided must have been the cheapest sofa in the world, it was lined with thin faux leather that peeled off from just sitting on it). However, we left the property spotless, rendering their claim baseless. Their profit-driven approach undermines tenant satisfaction.
Skirting Legal Boundaries: Right Let Leeds operated on the fringes of the law. At least two of their agents threatened us falsely asserting their right to enter the property with just 24 hours’ notice—even when we explicitly denied access. Such practices are unacceptable.
While some issues may be attributed to the landlord (and he will have karma pay him a visit for providing expensive poorly kept housing), Right Let Leeds cannot escape accountability for their poor practices. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential tenants.????????????
Edit: After a lengthy exchange of emails, the full deposit has been returned. I’ve added another star for this, acknowledging that they could have insisted on resolving it through the DPS. I also recognise that the landlord’s greed plays a significant role in deposit claims, which somewhat absolves Right Let Leeds.
While the deposit team ultimately resolved the issue, I believe there was negligence regarding the initial cleaning fee charge. The property was left in better condition than we received it, which became evident upon their review. My question remains: why wasn’t this clear before proposing deductions?
My overall experience during the tenancy was poor. If you want slow or non-existent repairs, agents entering your home unannounced, and dishonesty, then rent with this company. The only positive interactions were with the deposit team and a senior manager who addressed my complaints about unauthorised entries. Finally, they need to train their staff on property letting laws. Many staff members believe that providing 24 hours’ notice (if they even bother to provide that) guarantees access to a property, but tenants can legally refuse entry.

I would advise any students wanting to use this company to avoid at all costs. When claiming our deposits back at the end of the year they calculated the entire sum wrong and took £100 off us without even noticing which show their lack of care towards their customers. We went into the office to try and be cooperative and resolve the issue and we were turned away and said they don’t deal with deposits which was really helpful. When further attempting to resolve the issue they sent further incorrect emails to us and couldn’t calculate the correct amount. Real pain in the arse to deal with, tinpot company.

I have been with Right Let Leeds a few years now and I can say they're one of the best letting agents in Leeds. Any issue's i have had, they have got on to my problems straight away. I find the fixflo app really easy to use to report any maintenance issues. They also have a maintenance team running around the clock on a 24hr basis if you have an emergency. I find the office staff very friendly and very easy to approach. I have moved around Leeds alot from South to North through different agents, and most don't seem to care as long as they're getting their rent. I have finally settled here in Headingly and finally found a letting agent that cares for the property I live in as much as I do, as it is my home.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Left my son with no bathroom for almost a week! Holes in the living room ceiling! The house was mucky when they arrived! Washer was broken! Carpets were mucky! They will keep your deposit and try and say you haven’t left it clean! As someone who has worked in this industry, it is the landlord/letting agencies responsibility to ensure a thorough clean is done before letting the property! My advice.. do not let your son or daughter rent theses properties!

Great helpful dynamic Right Lets Tea.
Such a great team not only found me some lovely tenants but really nice people to work with. Over the years Maani, Ross and Michelle have helped me with problem student tenants who have made a million excuses for not keeping up with rent. During Covid, they helped bridge the communication gap when my long term tenant couldn't pay his rent. It was handled with such grace and kindness, and gladly I also got the backdated rent. Both tenant and landlord highly benefitted from the way they handled it.
They've helped create a professional buffer zone when one of my tenant's father passed. Again handled with professionalism and empathy.
Cyprus has, and continues to, deal with my tricky neighbour who unnecessarily complains - and yet Cyrus never complains. Dan helped me when one on my houses flooded from a leak. Jumped straight in and got his suit and shoes all wet trying to find the source of water. I was out of town on business.
I've used other letting companies- but these wonderful people are just brilliant. They do so much more than just rent houses. Highly recommend!

AVOID. They are a slimy, scummy agency who always give the excuse of "we're just the messengers between the landlord and the tenant", even though they advertise awful, unlivable properties for their own profit and rent them out to unsuspecting students and young professionals.
We rented a house which upon viewing looked OK, but once living in it, there were a multitude of problems.
Contractors showed up at the house unannounced and illegally all the time. Despite the landlord telling us that he had informed RightLet about maintenance work, they never bothered giving us any notice. An example of this is when 6 contractors illegally walked into the property unannounced at 8am and stripped the basement for multiple days. Cyrus at Rightlet told us before signing that no work on the basement would happen! However, they were aware of the works months before they took place and did not tell us, therefore breaching our tenancy agreement.
The "we're just the messengers" excuse doesn't really work when they don't communicate anything at all.
There was also a major crack in the front room which went right through to the other side of the wall. This was described by the agent as a "minor crack in the paintwork".
Reported problems also usually took ages to resolve, and at one point we had no hot water or heating for over a week, despite this being an emergency boiler repair.
Don't waste your time with Rightlet and look elsewhere.

Been with Right Let for 2 years now, wasn’t the best the first year as could never get in contact and was hard to resolve issues. Second year, our house was done all through our amazing landlord (maintenance, rent payments etc) who always sorted any problems out without having the need for Right Let. This is the worst agency known to man. As a tenant they do nothing, only contact you to tell you you’re not paying enough money. They come and inspect the house and when they see repairs they write it down and nothing happens. 6 months still waiting for them to fix my door, have had to start messaging the landlord directly. Cos the house manager is so useless we don’t even use the group chat she’s in cos she doesn’t do anything.

Avoid this letting agency and landlord. We went with them for a 3 bed house overlooking the ring road in Horsforth when desperate as needed a tenancy for less than 12 months so choice was limited. Maintenance issues reported through their portal take months of chasing (mouldy blinds conveniently not shown on their check in video, and leaky guttering). The most major issue was rain water coming in through the bedroom wall right next to an electrical socket - we reported it early January and it still wasn't sorted when we moved out late April. You can see the window hasn't been put in right or sealed correctly. I can see from their cleaning video done the day before viewings were due to take place that it still hasn't been sorted. Right Let Leeds told us we couldn't break contract with them because re-decoration was booked for after we left - we can see from the cleaning video no redecoration was done and their listing is using old photos from before the tenants prior to us who were there about 3 years! We had an old tenant from about 8 years before come over as a parcel randomly came to ours for her - she said the house was exactly the same and said how she had had the shower leak into the kitchen. Neighbours were lovely - they said they'd heard the agency were rubbish and the house needed serious work e.g. window seals blown so get misty and don't insulate correctly. They warned us about rats/mice which the letting agency did nothing about for previous tenants so they ended up having to sort themselves - blocking up holes etc. I've tried to attach photos but keep getting an error message. Avoid this letting agency and landlord unless you were desperate like us - it will give you a roof over your head but it won't be nice.

Me and two friends have sorted our second year housing in Leeds because of Right Let. We found an apartment we were fond of and booked a viewing, and less than 24 hours later we had paid a deposit and had a new place to live in 2024. We went though the process with a man named Tommy, who called me to book a viewing of the property. Sadly, the property we wanted had been sold a few moments after booking a viewing, however he gave us an alternative apartment at the same address and met with us a few hours later. He made the process easy and was very helpful, he spoke to parents on the phone whilst we were at the property and answered any question, and he also got in contact to help us complete our process instantly and made the overall experience very easy.
I will use this company in the future when looking for my next properties, highly recommend using this company as when you’re a student you go in blind when looking for new housing, but it was a very reassuring experience.

If you're the tenant looking for a helpful and reliable estate agent avoid right let Leeds. They even have an awesome maintenance website set up to make you feel safe that anything you need fixing will be solved. I reported a broken bath, a jammed window, filthy living conditions, and more and never was sent any maintenance support. I even had money taken from my deposit because of the state of the flat before I even arrived. If you want someone decent try private landlords through openrent, or even hop. Lol not to mention that the landlord was allowed to come and stand in our communal corridors whenever he liked because their explanation was 'it's his property' thanks for the lack of safeguarding to your tenants.

Do Not use this company, they take weeks/months to fix things. Workmen then turn up unannounced. In conclusion, our experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The torn sofas and chairs were emblematic of the overall lack of care and maintenance evident in every aspect of the property. The kitchen was the epitome of a disaster. The appliances were outdated and barely functional. After renting a property through them, I can confidently say that they are not to be trusted, as they are now unjustly trying to retain our deposits despite the property being nothing short of diabolical. It seems this company are notorious for not returning deposits. Avoid!

We stayed with Right Let for two years during our time at university and all had a great experience. Staff are super helpful and any issues are normally sorted within a quick phone call.
We were in close contact with staff and also the landlord at all times. Viewings and regular checks were usually quick and not too invasive whilst we were still in the property.
Had a bit of an issue with our deposit at the end of our tenancy but again managed to sort it with agent Maani in a quick couple of calls and came to a fair agreement at the end of it!

Awful completely incompetent letting agency. Pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. From my experience, they were really unprofessional and lazy when it came to doing an inventory on the property both for check in and check out. They don’t use a third party or produce a proper inventory report. Just a quick dash around the property with someone filming on their phone stating that everywhere was “spotless” when upon entering the property it clearly wasn’t. I had to produce a full inventory report myself including photos which turned out to help us later on down the line when disputing our deposit return. Poor communication between the letting agency and landlord when it came to maintenance issues. If we ever reported an issue, the only response we got was ‘this has been passed onto your landlord’ when in some cases our landlord had no idea of the issue and hadn’t been told anything about it! Took 5 months for us to get our full deposit back as we had to dispute it through the DPS. Probably the worst letting agency I’ve rented with. Avoid.

This includes boiler, electricity, and fire safety issues, all of which are protected via legislation and explicitly stated in our tenancy agreement. Upon moving in, we didn't have access to a fire extinguisher, blanket, or carbon monoxide alarm. Emergency lighting and fire doors were not installed, and numerous rooms didn't have lighting. Maintenance tends to be delayed and the lack of communication between Right Let and their tenants have lead to issues with problems being mitigated. A prime example being that for 3 months, we didn't have a working oven and currently don't have a working dryer, with two plugs in the kitchen not working either. There is also a water leak in the basement, where the fuse is located. Subsequently, the plugs in the house are now causing issues, including but not exclusive to not working and potentially causing a fire safety hazard.
Overall, I wouldn't recommending signing with this company.

They rush to get you into properties and they are not cleaned with dirty carpets. I changed the carpets myself and when I was moving I did not realise one was already ripped when I moved in only noticed after watching my move in videos but I was asked to change the whole carpets which I did. I was asked to take off carpets I changed in the bathroom and leave it as it was and I have.
I got the house cleaned and put in the right order as I was informed someone was moving in asap. I owned my last rent and wanting to resolve this and move on but this company has taken three weeks to check me out. I have prove of my check out videos everything checks out. I have just been rudely be told that it takes up to 30 days. I was told I could move early and I will be charged till the date I moved. They have changed that to I need to pay rent till the end of the month which I have agreed to.
I was informed leave the house in good order and we will check you out as someone is moving in and now they are been very condescending.
Please take videos and pictures when you move into their property so their do not try and do you over. I will wait to see what they come to me with.

Terrible experience. Reporting system slow was left without working shower for weeks and working cooker for months. Contractors would let themselves into the property without making us aware and rightlet did nothing.
One of the members of staff tried to tell me that my roommate had made a decision on extending the tenancy, when I see her everyday and she hadn't spoke to him, he argued until he went blue and was very rude. They generally don't know what you're doing and everything moves slow or nothing gets sorted. Held onto the deposit for 3 weeks and rinsed us of your deposit and the end of tenancy. Its been such a pain, if you go with them you'll be on the phone a lot chasing for things to be sorted.

I have called them three times to arrange a virtual meeting on WhatsApp and told them to confirm whether they got the right number from me by sending me a message, but the agent seemed unable to use WhatsApp or other facetime apps.

Disclaimer: Right let leeds rented us the property on behalf of the landlord. We did not recieve any prior warning and they sung the landlords praises to us. We did not receive enough support in resolving our issues and for the reason we also hold them responsible.
AVOID this landlord (CW Langton) at all costs!! They have no respect for their tenants and seem to think just because it's student housing, they don't need to bother.
The house was not cleaned upon our move in (this was bang in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic as well), and we were told they didn't have time to do it yet. We ended up agreeing to clean it ourself on the premise that they would provide us with a hoover, bin and mop so that we could do it. This arrived around FIVE MONTHS into our tenancy. Just wow. Takes absolutely ages to resolve any issues, even emergencies, they give you an app that barely works to report issues that sit in the app as tickets for weeks, if not months, with no response. Among many issues, we had a roof leak which we told them about in April when the first leak occurred. This was not fixed for our entire tenancy (Finished 30th June, so over 2 months later), and still may not be now for the next tenants even now. They did not even come to the house to have a look at it, they did nothing. There were numerous small leaks during this 2 months where the ceiling was evidently wet, followed by one much larger leak in June, where I was woke up by water dripping on me in my bed. The water was collecting above light fixings in the room, dripping down the light fixings and off the bulbs!! Very dangerous!! The leak damaged my laptop and means the battery no longer works (costs around £100 to fix!) And they didn't even offer as much as an apology. Simply blaming their roofer for being busy. Last time I checked there was not one roofer in the entire world.
When it came to the move out date (nearly 8 weeks ago), the landlord became extremely unresponsive about returning our deposits. Baring in mind that they are obliged to return deposits within 10 days, it took 27 days for them to reply to us, asking for our bank details only, which we supplied. A further month went by and we received a further email asking for our bank details again and for a proof of bills being paid. We have provided this immediately and had this been asked 7 weeks prior, we could have provided it immediately then. Long story short, it has been almost 8 weeks now and still no sign of the deposit.
Just save yourself the hassle of dealing with the incompetence and pick a reputable landlord who cares about their tenants. It will save you time, money and stress in the long run ????

My partner and I are currently looking for a property and went for a viewing with Right Let. The agent we spoke to was friendly, courteous and professional. While we were unsuccessful in our application, I couldn't fault the service of the letting agency who were very prompt in their responses to emails and getting the application underway.
I received an email letting me know our application wasn't successful, and the agent who showed us around the property phoned me personally shortly after to apologise and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated the personal touch, and will continue to be checking Right Let for properties, as I was happy with the service provided.

Robbing, dishonest, thieves. Charged us for everything under the sun, leaving us with a tenner between us to split from our deposits. Must be struggling financially due to Covid (aren’t we all) so are charging unrealistic fees for cleaning (£350), mattress protectors (£24 ea), scuffs on walls and doors (£50 - which is actually stated as general wear and tear in the contract), “mouldy” mattress that probably hasn’t been changed in 5 years (£100) plus extra rent for time we had to isolate BY LAW in the house after our move out date. We left the house absolutely spotless and have pictures to prove. Beating in mind it was far from perfect when we first moved in. They have been awful during our whole tenancy, they are overall unhelpful and slow with maintenance issues. The only time when contact was efficient was when they wanted to come in for a viewing. Steer clear, there are plenty more honest and fair letting agencies and landlords out there.

I rented with RightLet Leeds when I was working in Leeds and that was such a great decision.
All staff members were very helpful and patient from the start of my interaction with them. I stayed for 2 years, during which they had always been very responsive when I had any questions about my supplier, landlord or anything related to my tenancy. I had a wonderful time in the lovely flat I rented via them.
After I left country, there was some paperwork that I needed but didn't sort out before I left, and the staff members (special thanks to Maani) went out of their ways to help me. They threatened numerous times to get a court order for "slander" and I had to send them a letter before action to get my full deposit back

Would not rent from these people ever again. My daughter and her housemates had problems from the first month with a leaking shower onto the bedroom below. Plumbers called out 6 or 7 times and was offered the only solution of getting showered at the gym! After Christmas they had a rat infestation and when I called to complain I was told it was due to how students live. My daughter and friends were clean and tidy. The problem was fixed but they could not live in the property due to the rotting rats’ smell afterwards. Lockdown was a blessing as they went back home.
At the end of the year they had a bill for almost £700 for cleaning and repairs. They waived the whole fee as they were claiming for things that were broken when they moved in and luckily had pictures showing dates. They claimed for a mattress that was damaged during the leak.
I don’t trust the ratings on them as the majority of the 5* reviews are their friends on Facebook!!

I understand the letting company is not solely to blame, but its important students know this company will find any way to charge you. Maintenance issues would take weeks to be solved, with problems such as leaks and mould. We ended up being charged £450 of our deposits for ‘cleaning’ even though the ‘cleaning’ was slight amounts of dust and mould (which we reported weeks in advance anyway) The landlord left debris in the garden which we were charged for. The 24 hour number for emergencies never answered, and was pretty much useless. The property was dirty when we moved in and pretty much spotless when we moved out (which their inventory even admitted!) but we still got charged a ridiculous amount for ‘dust.’ £450 for moving a spot of dust and debris that our landlord left? No way. Enjoy seeing our plethora of evidence disputing the charges.

-I inherited the contract of the stranger from spareroom. The agency even didn't take me to the viewing but anyway I had to pay the fee - I know it's not their fault but can I feel bad?
-I even did not get a printed contract when I signed. I had to email them two times to get a COMPUTER FILE CONTRACT.

Right let took us through a LONNNNG battle for our deposit, claiming we owed them over £1000 even thought he property was left in a better way than it was when we moved it ( because they did not even clean the house when we moved in we have to clean EVERYTHING before moving our things into the property.)
They said we have brook the fuse box, been smoking in the house, said we had not paid rent even though we all had bank statements proving the money had been paid. Right Let Leeds have to be the most unprofessional, unorganised, money grabbing organisation I have every came across and if it were not for the Deposit protection scheme these cowboys would have tried to take us for a ride... The letter we got from the judge was brilliant, even the judge thought they were a joke after providing no evidence for any of their clams and failing to do the smallest of admin throughout our tenancy.
Needless to say, they lost the battle and we got 100% of our deposit back, Oh yes, they also gave all of our details to the bill providers informing them we still lived in the property and that we owed bills for 2 months when we had moved out of the property so we had people chasing us for money THEY OWEDDDD!!! so we have a battle with Glide and council tax, DPS had to step in and confirm everything they were saying was LIESS.
honestly I would boycot this cowboy letting agency if I were any of you. The land lady dose not give notice, and walks into the property as and when she pleases. she also held the deposit at random saying if they rent the property I will receive FULL deposit back, but since they were unable to do the job and rent the property out to anyone we were penalised. - I have this on Record as I recorded the conversations when things started to get out of hand.
SOO Many reasons not to use these Idiots.

In our experience (dealing with a complicated international letting) they truly did go above and beyond to make us feel cared for and supported throughout the process, even from abroad. I've had some shocking experiences with letting agents in Leeds but this was not one. The staff are helpful and polite and on occasion when I had to ring up and ask them for something they're been more than happy to oblige promptly and efficiently. I rented with them just over a year ago. Excellent service, I would recommend them.

My precious rating was not fair. Right Let leeds are a fairly decent letting agency that provide a quick, simple, and friendly service for tenants. We initially thought we were going to lose the majority of our deposit when leaving our house, however with the assistance of Right Let Leeds this did not happen. Other issues throughout the year were mainly sorted although not without constant reminding on a few matters. (eg trimming the bush for which we almost lost our deposit on!)

It was a waste of time. Went to the property and I found the house was much smaller (they lie with the pictures). They said that the online pictures are from another house that had been let hours before, and they want you to pay same price. I do not recommend this agency. It was the second time. They think people are stupid.

I found an excellent service at Right Let Leeds! As a landlord i have never had such a quick and hassle free service finding a tenant and dealing with the contract etc.. Everything was sorted for me in rapid time and they even found me some furniture which i needed for the tenant! I can't praise Right Let Leeds enough for their hard work and professionalism while managing my small portfolio of properties.
They keep me updated on a regular basis and I can rest assured knowing that my properties are being managed and looked after properly. Paying them to manage my tenants is most certainly worth every penny to know that I don't have to take on this hassle myself. Their rates are fair and like I say... worth every penny.
I have a great relationship with the guys in the office and know I can call them when I need to and they will be there to sort stuff out.

I have been using Right Let Leeds for the past 3 years to let and manage my small portfolio of properties and just can't fault them. I moved from a well known national agent to the Right Let Leeds team and couldn't believe the difference in service. Some tenants also commented how quickly minor issues were being sorted for them vs previous response times... they thought I'd sold the house! Had to explain I couldn't take the credit! Highly recommended.

I have never come across such a unprofessional, negligent company in my life. They do not care about their tenants health and safety and the company director has a bad attitude and gives tenants a false surname when contacting them. I have complained to right let about damp in my room and flooding in my bathroom three times, nothing has been done and now part of the ceiling has fallen through due to the damp. My bedroom also floods everytime it rains. I am paying for a property i no longer reside in because it is inhabitable. The company tried to blame this on bin bags that were not taken out. I am now getting blood tests for rheumatic artheritus because of the damp as my hand has suspected artheritus. Expect a legal battle right let as I will not stand for this disgusting treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTATE AGENTS.

Don't waste your time or money was with them 2 and a half years and repairs just weren't getting done after constant requests and every house inspection they will charge the earth if you leave too £300 for photos to advertise the property again very poor letting agancy

Average service, £150 for referencing fees. Worked well with us to find a house in a fairly short period of time. Settled on one that had some issues since we were short of time. They were agreed to be sorted by the time we moved in. These hadn't been put in the tenancy agreement before we went to sign, so asked for them to be added. When we entered the property few of the issues had been properly handled, including a broken gutter that was cause a fairly substantial leak. Granted it was not up to right let to fix these issues but the guy we dealt with assured us they were all sorted, obviously hadn't been round to check.
If you are to go with them bare in mind that what you agree upon may not be handled as sufficiently as you'd like. So you may have to stay away from houses that do have a few issues.
