Very unprofessional, they took my deposit and now refused to give back the reason being because he couldn’t find someone to occupy the property, it is stated in the contract, it is shorthold tenancy agreement, fix term of 6 months and I told him I was going to move out because of the poor conditions of the property, I took them to citizens advice but I’m also gonna take them to court, I have the evidences; audio, vids, etc… Stay away rubbish company.

Disgustingly unprofessional, rang them to see why they holding back my rent money as im a landlord and they have received the money from the tenant its been over a week now, no answer and continuously ignoring my calls and texts. (And its not the first time).

Arranged to see a property for a business, they booked the appointment and asked if I would ring on the day to confirm, I rand to confirm to be told he is out of the office and to call his mobile, I did this and got no reply, I then txt twice and got no reply, I turned up and waited 15 mins for no one to show up and I'm still waiting for a reply ir phone call. Very unprofessional, at least I got put off before I actually signed an agreement.

Rubbish service takes deposit dont Put it in to a scheme still waiting for my deposit back aswell they was renting 201 drake street but got slowly got bourght out by the care house next door stay away from these people they also go by a few different names so defo dogey

Brilliant service!! Very professional, unfortunately for the people who are in arrears might not get the same friendly service as myself i guess ???? but a good way around that is try paying your rent!!

Very very unprofessional service and they don't do things by the book e.g if ur in arrears they will cut your eletric to your place and egnore your calls deffo would never recommend
