Andrew Kelly staff were always punctual, good communicators of feedback and very pleasant and trustworthy to deal with. The photos were fantastic and I had 15 viewings organised within 3 days of signing with them. This produced offers within days. I am extremely grateful for their prompt and energetic service.

Everything looked great when the house was photographed and went live. I had lots of viewings but very little feedback from the person who did the viewings which meant i had very little to go off as potential buyers mostly didn’t return feedback. Therefore i would have to say there was a disconnect and communication was poor. i withdrew my sale for this reason im afraid .

Highest valuation for property but had no interest had to keep reducing price. Would rather the original valuation was lower and more achievable.
seemed have be an inconvenience when people wanted to view property as they would make reference to how full their diaries were. Some didn’t even turn up which makes me think they didn’t vet the potential viewers to ensure they were serious.
