Great service from staff of Keystone Estates Letting Agents, Rochdale. Fair priced rent for a semi-detached, compared to others in the area. Highly recommend. Have in-house maintenance team- respond quick. We are experiencing it for ourselves. Quick decision if qualified. Was waiting over 2 weeks on another Letting Agent carrying out checks. Although higher rate than Local Council, Houses are good quality. Keystone passes Deposit to the Governing Body (Deposit Protection Service), so no chance of Keystone keeping it, so Tenant is safe.

I have been a tenant of Keystone for nearly fifteen years, living in different properties.
In all of them years I have never once had a problem that has not been resolved.
Adil, Sayed and Hamza always go above and beyond for their tenants, I have many friends who are also tenants and they all agree.
My friend was trying to sell her house for over a year with different agents in Rochdale, when I told her to go to Keystone, her house was sold in just over 3 months

I have known Keystone properties for more than 8 years, through friends and a relative who had rented from the company, of which some are still with them with good references and feedback.
Secondly, while searching for a house to rent in 2014, I met Adil, the director of Keystone, when I recently moved to Manchester from London.
He was such a humble, cautious and understanding gentleman, he got me a 3 bedroom house to rent within 2 days in Rochdale, but I later decided to rent and live in Crumpsall Manchester, as it was only 5 minutes drive to Manchester City centre. He refunded the full amount of my deposit instantaneously, without issue or any deduction.
Thirdly, 8 years after, I decided to buy a house in Rochdale, based on previous experience with Keystone, I decided to search on Keystone's website, and fortunately, I found a suitable home for my family, not renting this time... lol but buying. I met Hamza who was quite professional, the first house he showed me was perfect, I made an offer and it was accepted within 48 hours.
Hamza recommended a Solicitor who handled the conveyance within a couple of months, I am now a proud owner of a house in Castleton. Thanks so much, guys, keep up the excellent work.
Based on prior experiences I have had with Keystone Properties,
I can't help but highly recommend you guys to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

Rented a property for 16 months with these guys.
Easy to get a hold of if needed, they will escalate problems to the landlord to get the quickest resolution.
No hassle getting the deposit back.
All of this is much appreciated after having had to deal with not so reputable lettings agents in the past.

I wanted to put my house on rent as I was moving overseas so asked around for an agency. I was approached by a young man from Keystone named Hanaan and we arranged a meeting.
He took pictures, arranged viewings, provided feedback and had the house rented out within 2 weeks. His communication, professionalism and work ethic is first class and I am so glad I went with Keystone.
Hanaan has made it easier for us to move away without any worries and has taken care of everything for us. I couldn't recommend this company enough. They are on the ball and get things done!

Rang with enquiry to purchase a house: never called me back. Rang a second time: never called me back. Rang to book a viewing. Set a date/time.... guess what....Never turned up for viewing ( even though I rang to CONFIRM it ).
Dreadfull service.
Left a hand written note through the door of the house we were wanting to buy telling the seller to pick another agent; as keystones were totally clueless.
Seller rang me up !!!! Furious at keystones. He'd been desperate to sell for ages.
I say no more ... " Don't bother ".

Do not bother with this company, after multiple attempts to contact them for a viewing they were completely uninterested in doing their jobs, both myself and a family member have tried just to be fobbed off.
A 1 star rating is generous, only because it can't be lower.
