Jay was very helpful and very quick to respond to our enquiries. The first property that was offered to us unfortunately became unavailable but we did not have any problem because he immediately offered us another property that is suitable to our need. He’s very professional and was very considerate. So far, one of the best agent that I met.

Really appreciate the help from Sincere Property Services. They helped me and my brother find a flat to rent that was what we wanted and within our budget. They gave us valuable advice and the team was very kind and helpful. Could not have asked for a better service! Shout out to Shaz for supporting us through the process.

I went into Sincere last week, looking to buy a property, but as I'm a first time buyer I'm super anxious of the whole process. Martin has so far helped me though all the processes and answered all of my questions (which there are a lot) with patience, knowledge and understanding.
I really feel like my needs and wants are taken into account and am treated like a human rather than a walking purse like some of the other agencies have!
This has so far been a smooth process and I'm looking forward to finding the perfect house with Martin's help!

Jay and all the team made my recent move simple and smooth. From viewing to handing over keys this was as stress free a process as it could have been.

Finding a home sometimes becomes very difficult and stressful, and specially in my situation which I had.
After a short notice from my previous landlord had to find something very quickly
And i wasn't disappointed when I came across SINCERE ESTATE AGENT
A very big thank you goes to Jay who was so helpful and professional and going the extra mile by responding late evenings and also weekends
So If you looking for a home then sincere is the place then if you want to deal with someone there then Jay is the man

As someone who was apart of a family who was struggling to sell a property for years and came across many Agencies , I have to say that Sincere Properties was the most keen and involved in the whole process of our selling and have succeeded in making it possible when we lost hope. As a team they are initiative and hard working. I have to mention two important names in this review.
Firstly would be Martin. Martin took his time to come around when possible to help us as sellers and the other party involved as buyers. He also helped us move out. Made himself available when needed. Excellent effort.
Secondly I would like to take my time to appreciate Justin. Justin was incredible throughout. He carried the whole process himself. Always went back and forth to make it possible for both parties especially us. He made himself available regardless of time. He would call me straight away if there was a problem but also with a solution. Justin was hardworking and he took this as not only a job but also as his own. Very impressive and I really thank the team and hope they reward both as they deserve.

We were recommended to use Justin at Sincere Property services for the sale of our flat by our broker and we were impressed by his initial meeting, arriving prepared and knowledgeable and with a positive outlook. We had 4 local estate agents (including the obvious usual suspects) come and look at it before we made a decision and some turned up empty handed with no prep done and some clearly had a chip on their shoulder. Justin guaranteed that he’d be the person overseeing the viewings which we were pleased with as we liked his style and other agents couldn’t guarantee who would do the viewings on the day. He had the flat on the market within 4 days and the photos were incredible. By 17:30 on the Friday evening we had 28 viewings for the Saturday (the next day). The offers were in by Monday and the negotiations were handled with care and sensitivity by Justin and without greed being the overriding factor. He helped us narrow down the best offer which wasn’t necessarily based on the highest amount but more the suitability of the person. But he really came in to his own with the aftercare. He proactively called us and the buyer constantly and liaised with both solicitors. He always answered the phone and helped deal with issues. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have achieved our sale and purchase in such a short space of time (3 months from viewing to completion with leasehold and a few other issues with our purchase through another agent thrown in.) These guys deserve to be up there with the best. Thoroughly recommend.

I have bought few properties in the past but have not seen any estate agents putting this much effort and time liaising with all the parties involved to speed up the purchase. Extremely professional, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much.

Sincere Property Services were fabulous. From the first viewing Shaz looked after us. He was friendly and honest and we trusted he would look after us. Justin then popped into equation and was always a voice of reason and calm. The duo were excellent. To move at such stressful time (Stamp Duty holiday end looming) was remarkably simple. Highly recommend these guys.

Dealing with estate agents isn't my favourite thing but my experience with Sincere surprised me for all the right reasons. Calls and messages were returned promptly and courteously. It turned out to be a difficult purchase and without the calm but dogged perseverance of Shaz and Justin I would probably have given up. But thanks to an incredible amount of hard work by the team at Sincere I now have a house that I know will become the home I need.

Sincere and especially Justin (Sales Manager) were amazing, we had been with another agent for over 8 weeks with no joy before switching over to Sincere and within 3 weeks (from signing contracts to going live on the market) they found us 2 legitimate offers. Even since accepting an offer their communication and support has not faltered, they always make us feel their commitment to our sale. We've already referred them to friends and family!
