We had three valuations and Central were by far the best. StowBrothers were late to the valuation and thus could only stay 5 minutes. Kings Group were too professional and not personable enough.
Their photographer took amazing pictures of our flat however the description of the flat was just a copy of another listing for our flat in the same building. It felt like they wanted me to tailor the description but I just didn't have the time and wanted to get on the market quickly.
We had 2 opening days on 2 weekends and we received a handful of offers fairly quickly. The sales progression team were very reassuring once we accepted an offer.
When it came to liaising with the solicitors I just wish they were more knowledgeable with shared ownership sales as there was a misunderstanding regarding staircasing.

Central already had a good reputation so it was good to see it was well-deserved. They were very efficient in keeping us informed of potential buyers' viewing times and their feedback afterwards. They were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with over he phone. Would definitely recommend them.

Hello , we did find them via your site with 4 other estate agents that looked interesting . we did meet 3 and James
Bostock was listening and had the right answers and sounded knowledgeble . We took him and 5 days later we had an offer and did accept it . So all good and done.
