It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Snapes from start to finish. Julie has been an absolute star, kept me informed of what was going on with our purchase throughout, constantly chasing solicitors for us and trying to get information. Dealing with solicitors has been a nightmare but dealing with Julie has been completely the opposite and taken a lot of stress out of the purchase. If I could give her and Snapes 10 stars I would!
