Sold my house through Snapes and was the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Some members of staff were rude and abrasive. I often heard 'your buyers are under the impression' when queries were raised even though I had no such conversation with the buyers. It got to the stage where I wanted no contact with Snapes at all.
