Have been extremely happy with the room they had found me, firstly was a bit sceptic ov doing an on line WhatsApp video viewing, but to be honest the room was exactly which was in the video and it was better and bigger that what it seemed like in the video. I'm highly disappointed in the service given by Joe, though he negotiated on my behalf but I have every course to believe that, he did that and persuaded me to take the house knowing fully well that,there were a whole lot of issues with the property. Cracked ceiling coursed by leakage and damp, unclean surrounding especially back of kitchen and damp walls. He refuses to pick up calls when he's taken his money. Besides, the acclaimed agency, 'more than estate agency' is not the correct agency responsible for the properties he advertises for. My advice for anyone doing business with him should ask questions and get to know the exact property management, double - check the property for every possible shortcoming before entering into any dealings with him. I'm sorry to be giving this review but I'm doing this out of pain and the unfair treatment I received...... Read more

These guys are straight foward agent. I was pondering over a property which I liked but the agen told me that someone else was also taking it. like other agent I thought he was playing me, but I was wrong as when I called to take the property on sone had taken it, and gues who one of my current house mates. However Joe did go out of his way to find another property for me which im so chuffed with. Will definitely be using them once my wife and children come to Manchester.
