23rd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.

Really liked that once the property was under offer we had a negotiator, Lucy, that ‘drove’ the sale through to completion. Definitely recommend Savills.

9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I recently sold a flat in West Didsbury and bought a house in Withington having Annie at Jordan Fishwick didsbury branch as my agent for both my sale and purchase. Annie is such a personable friendly person who really guided me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I couldn't praise and recommend her enough. I was selling and buying alone so having an agent who really made me feel at ease through every step was so helpful and reassuring. She responded to phone calls and emails promptly, reliably updating me with new info and took a real hands on approach corresponding with my buyers and sellers solicitors when needed. If and when I consider selling my new house in the future Annie would be my first and only call. A very professional and genuinely lovely person. Thankyou so much for all your hard work and support throughout Annie!
7th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

They were always there to help and answer questions and were a great help in keeping everything moving along smoothly. I know if we ever come to sell our house I'll be going straight to them.

Been kept well informed and felt supported in the process of selling my home of 28 years, which took only 10 days on the market before finding a buyer. THANK YOU to them all- 13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

If you’re trying to sell a property with them I’d move on. Being a cash buyer in no chain I’ve started conveyancing on another property.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.
