Made on online enquiry for them to send some to us regarding a property they were selling. Instead of following our instruction they constantly called me 4 times one after another this morning. I couldn't take the call as was in meeting. Called them back and ask why they were constantly calling me like this and all I got was a woman with a massive attitude who wasn't interested in helping and hung up on me - very disappointed

My wife and myself bought our new home through the Main and Main Cheadle Hulme branch. Nikki, Linda and Katie all dealt with our purchase and they were all extremely helpful and friendly. All three of them whenever I rang went out of their way to give advice and support. As well as, chasing solicitors and other agents for us.They made what at times could of been very stressful much easier. I would highly recommend buying a house through them.
Tricked me into paying £25,000 over the asking price. Estate agents trick said there where other buyers and had to submit best and final bid over the asking price.. in fact there were no other buyers. I lost £25,000
Having never let out a property before I had absolutely no idea what was involved. Natalie from Bridgfords Lettings in Cheadle Hulme came out to meet me at my property, and was full of information! She confidently talked me through all aspects of the letting process, including what was required of me as a landlord and what Bridgfords could offer me as a company. My property went live on the Tuesday morning and by the weekend I had, had 4 viewings, with 2 of the viewers wanting to take my property! My tenants moved in at the weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the friendly yet professional service I have received. Would definitely recommend them to any new landlord!!

If I could I’d give them 0 stars! It’s been nothing but hassle since they day I moved into my rented flat. This condition the flat was handed to me was disgusting with 4 hours being needed to clean the kitchen alone and I was without a working shower. All of this was apparently out of Bridgfords hands as they only ‘manage’ the property from the day you move in and take no responsibility for how the property is handed to you.
It also took 6 weeks for me to get basic things, that I requested before agreeing to rent the property, fitted into the flat. Then when I complained and raised and issue I was told ‘they were only cosmetics’ and that I should be happy they are done.
I made them aware when I moved in that I had no heating as the radiators in the flat weren’t wired up. However I said as it’s summer this isn’t an urgent matter, 2 months on and still nothing has been completed. Every time I chase I’m told someone will be round that day, yet no one turns up! Once again, bridgfords have taken no responsibility and constantly blame the landlord despite me being told on numerous occasions that they manage the property.
Will never be using this company again when looking to rent, buy or sell a property. And I recommend that everyone avoids them at all cost.
We have just sold our property through Andrew Snapes and can’t recommend them high enough. Their customer service from start to end has been great. I predominantly dealt with Helen (but also Janine and Julie) and I can honestly say that their communication was great throughout, updating me as the sale progressed and dealing with any issues as they arose. Thank you ????
Ric Pickford and Nicky Greenall in the Snapes Bramhall office have worked really hard to sell our house in only 3 weeks. Their knowledge of the market together with their cheerful professionalism have made it a pleasure to work with them. Bravo, chaps!

I placed an order for delivery earlier this week of 2 pizzas with a side order of cheesy garlic bread. The order arrived within the given time scale however the taste of the pizzas was very disappointing. They both tasted rather bland and the cheesy garlic bread also arrived without any cheese!
After paying the delivery driver for this overpriced takeaway, the driver then suggested he keep over £4 of change!
Needless to say, we won't ever be using this takeaway again!
