We were extremely happy with the house buyers survey provided by Brien and would not hesitate to use Snow Walker again or recommend them to friends. The service provided by Brien was exemplary throughout, and we found him to be very thorough, professional and helpful. The people we are buying from also commented on the quality of his service, professionalism and how thorough he was in his survey. The survey report highlighted any areas of concern, along with describing the state of all parts of the property surveyed. We should note that we also used Brien when buying our current house, which we lived in for 15 years, and found the survey to be very accurate and the points highlighted accurately reflected any areas of the property requiring attention. Even post-survey Brien went above and beyond assisting with some follow up questions and advice which was greatly appreciated. To summarise, we have found this survey and the general advice provided by Brien to be invaluable in our house buying process and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.... Brien and the team at Snow Walker are exceptional. Purchasing a period property, or any for that matter, is labelled as a stressful experience. I'd disagree with that on the basis that if you have the right professionals supporting you, it's a breeze. And that's exactly how Brien and the team make you feel. I first commissioned Brien in Autumn 2023 for a full survey and it didn't disappoint. Your report will include everything you need to know and more. You'll then get their expertise to ensure you've interpreted the contents correctly and feel armed with the right knowledge. He dispenses facts with ease and has been so responsive to any questions. So now feels like the right time to mention the service. In a world of fast transactions and non-human service, every firm can learn a thing or two from Snow Walker. It's personal, it's consistent and reliable. Don't even think about appointing another firm, if you're reading this, you've found the best of the best.
