We are both tenants and property buyers with Intercounty and we highly recommend them.
Sharon, Alex, Rosie, Adam, Julie and the entire team are a pleasure to deal with. They always get back to us quickly with recommendations for service providers or solicitors as well as are being flexible when we need any changes to appointments or viewings. They also stay on top of us and make sure that conveyancing process moves forward. Having experience as tenants with them, we would also recommend Intercounty as property managers. They make our lives easier and save us money thanks to the way they conduct their business and deal with customers.
Good job Intercounty and thank you to the entire Team.

It is the first time I am renting via Intercounty Saffron Walden and everything was great so far. Jade and her team made everything very smooth and easy. They have been very accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process starting from the viewing to signing the contract. They were very approachable and easy to talk to at all times. I feel very comfortable interacting with Jade as she is highly engaging. Also, the property I am renting is handed over in a very good condition. This might be one of the few agencies that also treats tenants well and with respect and that actually cares for the property (I had rather bad experiences with agencies as a tenant in the past). Very happy. Highly recommended!

We went with Intercounty as Kerry Hill was an agent there and she sold us our house 6 years ago and I was so impressed by her.
As expected Kerry was fantastic! But, we were very pleasantly surprised by the incredible team in the office.
They actively SOLD the house, opposed to just letting it sit on the website. They were all very knowledgeable about my home when showing potential buyers and they were absolutely fantastic at keeping us up to date with what was going on.
I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

This was my first time letting a property through Intercounty and I have to say they have been great. Whenever I have needed assistance from the aftercare, repair team, etc the process has been simple and dealt with swiftly (Ed is my Property Manager and has been fantastic). I would not hesitate to recommend the Saffron Walden branch. Good job guys!
