I love Cheffins. The landlords they represent have the most amazing properties that are very simple to fall in live with. We haven't yet managed to land a place with Cheffins, mainly due to an issue with our guarantor's details not being sent by a third party despite much chasing. While my heart was broken by this, I can't fault Cheffins at all. I've been mainly speaking with Charlotte Mines, and she is fantastic. She's really been working hard for us. Whether or not her efforts are fruitless remains to be seen, but I've been so grateful for the help she's offered as well as the advice, her responsiveness, and her humanity. Any tenant or landlord should be over the moon for how hard she likely works for them.

We bought a house through Cheffins after viewing many of their properties. Everyone we dealt with was very warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the properties. They were also extremely accommodating with times since we were moving from Hampshire. Shannen was our main point of contact for the purchase and was absolutely wonderful. There are enough better estate agents in Cambridge don’t waste your time with this one.
