I am so glad I sold through Kevin Henry. Acting as the executor for a relative’s estate and living about a 2hr drive from Saffron Walden meant I was very reliant on them.
From the first meeting and ‘take on’ through to the helpful updates after viewings, I was kept informed all the time.
In particular a huge thanks and shout out to Sue Johns. Without her calm approach, her knowledge of the industry and sense of humour when it was needed, I don’t think we would ever have got there. Thank you so much!

We rented a property for a year with Kevin & Henry and all the staff were very helpful & friendly. Joe was so lovely & helpful - we had to come to him with a number of problems but no matter how busy he was, he always got the job done and fought our corner for us when he needed to. Joe kept us informed about everything and maintaned professional throughout. Whenever it was needed he would promptly arrange for faults within the property to be sorted. Would highly recommend!
