Matthew and his team have made this journey as stress free as possible for me, from the first phone call to enquire on a property to signing the lease! Great job PM Estates ???? However, once the lease has been signed, they have little to no interest in resolving queries or matters with the property. Their responsibility seems to end on placement. This changes the experience.

Our purchase was a protracted one and quite stressful. However during that time we were supported by Intercounty and found their help and advice invaluable, also their kindness and patience. She’s knowledgeable, honest and very professional which gave us confidence in our purchase. The support team (Vanessa, Rebecca and Josh) held up superb communication, managed their seller client perfectly and progressed the transaction of a 4 sale chain with precision. I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
