Myself and my brother Luigi with members of our immediate family own Anchor business park in Beddington Lane Croydon. Centro were the letting agent for a small concreted secure plot of approx. a quarter of an acre with a modern brick built warehouse and offices. Centro found a suitable tenant within days of being appointed and achieved the asking rent. From appointment to tenant taking possession took no more than nine weeks to finalize all the legals involved in achieving a 15 year full repairing lease. During the whole process Morgan at Centro was on the telephone almost daily updating and chasing all parties to ensure a speedy resolution. I've found them to be responsive and good. I'm in a medium sized block of circa 45 flats in Sutton and they are very well maintained, inside and out, and have been for many years. The entire process has been an absolute pleasure. Reece Bage and colleagues from Centro were highly professional in their communications.
