Myself and my brother Luigi with members of our immediate family own Anchor business park in Beddington Lane Croydon. Centro were the letting agent for a small concreted secure plot of approx. a quarter of an acre with a modern brick built warehouse and offices. Centro found a suitable tenant within days of being appointed and achieved the asking rent. From appointment to tenant taking possession took no more than nine weeks to finalize all the legals involved in achieving a 15 year full repairing lease. During the whole process Morgan at Centro was on the telephone almost daily updating and chasing all parties to ensure a speedy resolution. I've found them to be responsive and good. I'm in a medium sized block of circa 45 flats in Sutton and they are very well maintained, inside and out, and have been for many years. My commercial premises became vacant in late 2019. I asked Paul Harwood to value my property and subsequently it was placed on the market. 2020 was a challenging year like no other and yet in spite of it all Centro was able to facilitate many viewings and put forward several offers. Eventually the right applicant came forward and the lease has now completed albeit in the middle of the third lockdown. This was a remarkable feat by any standards and Centro's persistence and determination to find me the right tenant paid off. Throughout the entire process the advice I received regarding both the rental value and lease has been sound. I believe I have been very fortunate to have had such a professional and competent company to handle this for me during such a difficult time. I have been a tenant in a property managed by Centro for the past 18 months. I’ve encountered a number of common problems from the hot water breaking and front door sticking to more recently my flush button being stuck down. Centro have been brilliant with sorting it out, the hot water was fixed within 24 hours and the more minor issues fixed within a week. Charge quite high fees to tenants. I was charged £330 + vat fees on studio. Sammy is nice. However Priya doesn't seem to have any interest in the tenants as customers or as people. Beware.. when my first 12 month contract was renewed they insisted I take another 12 month contact with 6 month break clause meaning I was again locked in legally for 8 months out of 12. This in my opinion is sharp practice and I won't use them again. Thanks for the memories... Read more

They ignore residents concerns, only maintain what they want to and always award decoration contracts to their own utterly useless people (they use the excuse that they were the cheapest tender... because they use cheap labour, not professional tradesmen!) Disgusting how they get to hold their leaseholders to ransom... And if we take them to court... Their legal fees will appear on our service charge next year!... Read more

Shouldn't even have one star. Disgusting company. The building has been infested with wasps for over 5 years and 3 years ago all they did was put a little foam hole filler in a couple of places - so of course the wasps boroughed through it. The cleaners do not fully clean the hall ways and have bad hygeine so either they or the products they use leave it smelling like cat pee. The gardeners use leaf blowers at eight am every other tuesday even during summer where nothing is being affected by it. They cut the grass way too often and water it in the direct sunlight so its all burnt and dead. To avoid spending money on proper tradesmen and qualified people. Garage roofs have been waiting to be fixed since before i moved in & still waiting. One half of the garages are being held up by wooden brackets. So very many more issues. NEVER USE THEM, and if the come with your lease, REFUSE THEM. they charge a ridiculous amount for doing nothing.... Read more
