V 1981
This agency sold me a house full of bed bugs. The owner was living there for a years and gave me a false house report. Left everything in total mess. House is overvaluated. Now I have to pay for a heat treatment 1300. There is a question how the house was valuated by the conveyancer. Will need to apply for the court. Well done guys.

If you're looking to scare off potential buyers for your property or have awful customer service, this place is the where you come. I have been trying to get a viewing on a property with Spectrum, each time I call someone picks up the phone to say "'Ello Spectrum", I first thought I had accidentally called a builders yard by the rude tone and harsh manner. They were incompetent and I was unable to get a viewing. I finally got a text message the following week to say that viewings were going ahead later this afternoon (thanks for the notice) on a day I said I'm not available, so I phoned to ask what time viewings are to see if I can swap my schedule around. Again I got the "'Ello Spectrum" to which I replied "Hello who am I speaking to?", "Will, David's out", after a few more rude sentences I gave up and sent a text reply to David to say "Really unprofessional phone manner every time I call you guys. Was interested in the house but not with this type of customer service." I got a smug response "Ok thanks for letting me know". No attempt to sell the property or right the problem - AVOID!

David is Professional, Passionate and Super helpful. Even though we didn't end up buying the property he was selling for the vendor we would still go to him for mortgages and other services due to his professionalism.

Absolutely incompetent agency, very weak contact. Property sell for friends not for people who gives you the most money.
I don't recommend.

Rented a flat from one of their agents at the leicester branch. Even though we were students they didn't mind us renting a flat aimed at regular civilians and they didn't try to add on extras and rip us off.
Whenever we had issues i.e. the thermostat on the oven was busted. Our landlord from spectrum generally got back to us pretty quick with atleast the starting processes of a resolution.
The only thing is criticize is the whole company's management of admin services i.e. returning our deposits. They gave us all our money back and unlike slot of agents in Leicester didn't even remotely try to rip us off from our deposits. However because of some clerical errors with their automatic payment returns and admin stuff it took ages to get the money back.
Otherwise brilliant service. Good company and reasonable property prices and services especially if you're renting.
