We had struggled to sell our house in Ratby for some time. We had spoken to other estate agents who had tried. After 3 failed attempts we moved to Anderson Briggs. They were amazing! Connor was our point of contact but I can imagine they are all as good as each other! They knew the market, they knew the village and they know how to sell a houses! They kept us updated. And we sold within 3 weeks where other estate agents had failed and it had taken months!
Seriously if you are considering using them. Then use them. You won’t be disappointed.

We sold our house within the first two weeks of going on the market. Anderson Briggs were great throughout the whole process, they arranged two open days and we had a full price offer! Everything ran so smoothly. We used their Solicitors who were also great and provided an app to complete all the paperwork which was super easy! Rarely have I met people more passionate about what they do! Their work ethic is second to none and their market intelligence really belies their obvious youthful age. I was utterly impressed about their knowledge of the market and just how consistent and professional the team was right through the process.
