if
Absolutely horrendous developer. Delayed construction, generally overprice themselves in the market, some of the management giving incorrect information but not hold themselves accountable for it later, takes rework and rework to get to the level of quality they claim they produce all the time. Often sloppy workers they send into the property to do work after trusting them with keys and personal items lying around, resulting in damages and lights left on at times. A headache to deal with.
