George did an absolutely amazing job in difficult circumstances. I had bought my house some 38 years before, and it had been my cherished home for some three decades, but then I had been forced to let it out. Over the ensuing years I had a miserable experience both with tenants and with letting agents. Because it had been my home for so long, selling the house was a big wrench for me.
At the very end of August 2024 I instructed George to sell the property, stipulating that the transaction must be completed on or before 29 October. Immediately upon being instructed, George provided a realistic assessment of the asking price for the house. The tenants did not vacate until 15 September. Notwithstanding this very tight timetable, George procured no fewer than 20 viewings and 5 offers; we accepted an offer at the asking price on 23 September, exchanged contracts on 18 October, and completed on 25 October.
Nothing was too much trouble for Radstock Property. They quickly provided contact details of fast-moving and reasonably priced solicitors with whom they worked regularly, and procured that the purchasers instructed solicitors from the same group so as to facilitate the speedy conclusion of the transaction. They also provided contact details of removal firms; of firms who disposed of rubbish; of suitable window-cleaners; of a firm who would deep-clean the property and effect repairs where necessary; and of a firm which would rescue a treasured object screwed into a wall. They organised every necessary service which I could not arrange because I was not in London at the time, and they provided all necessary liaison services. They also provided the closing readings of the utilities. Where things went wrong, they sorted out the problem and produced an acceptable solution.
Their practical help was matched by their support and advice in respect of the sale and all aspects of it, together with a sensitive understanding of the stress which any sale of a home entails. If George was not available, a trusted colleague always stepped into his shoes. There was never a situation in which I could not contact someone at Radstock Property without being confident that I would soon receive the help which I had sought. I must also stress the charm of all the members of staff with whom I came into contact.
I cannot speak too highly of them. Now I would never instruct anyone else.

I was very happy with the sale of my house in Putney with Radstock. James and Tim came to conduct the valuation and were extremely professional and efficient. Their excellent photographer took a lot of time and care with the photos which I believe made a huge difference. They were happy to answer any questions at any stage. The process of marketing and sale were made simple and clear and in the face of setbacks with buyers they cheerfully persisted and achieved the sale price I needed. Rebecca has been looking after my two rental properties for over 10 years now.
When she decided to set up on her own with Radstock, my decision to follow her was immediate. We have now become very good friends and there was absolutely no hesitation about staying where I was before. I was going to follow Rebecca wherever she was going.
Rebecca’s professionalism and incredible understanding of the market is incomparable to any other estate agent. I have been contacted by so many other agencies, encouraging me to move my business, (even at a reduced fee) but no one was ever of the same standards of Radstock.
I can honestly say that every advice I was given, whether it was pricing of the properties, redecoration requirements, or recommendation on which tenants to go for, have always been spot on. I have never regretted her choices and always 100% rely on her advice, on EVERYTHING to do with my property.
I have never been worried about finding new tenants with her in the past, and this has continued to be the case again now since her move. In less than 48 hours of a property on the market I already had 9 offers. Her ability to recommend my property and follow up with with potential renters is so impressive. She is honest, incredibly friendly and so pleasant to deal with that anyone who be loosing out not doing business with her.
She always put together a great team wherever she is, and her team now at Radstock are wonderful. Although I have not met them face to face, I feel like I have known them for years. They are able to deal with all day to day parts of my business, incredibly efficiently, and always on time. I have never had to wait for an email reply. How can anyone complain about that kind of service!
I couldn’t recommend Rebecca and her team at Radstock enough.. Would advise all landlords to move with them!

I engaged with this agency primarily through their agent Rebecca. We viewed a property listed with a very good price given the current market, with assurance (from two of their agents) that the landlord was mostly interested in finding reliable tenants - and not the money. While she was helpful and quick to respond when we had questions about the property, she ghosted us as soon as we had submitted an offer including our passport details.
We had been assured we would be informed of the result of our application the following day, but we got only silence, including after an email prompt for further information and calling twice (which were ignored and unanswered). The experience was very disappointing; rude, and disrespectful of our time and efforts. We feel unsafe having provided them with our passport details as they required. Happy now to have avoided further engagements with this agency.

I had a very disappointing experience with Radstock estate agency, specifically with their agent Rebecca. They listed the property below market value to encourage higher bids, which is misleading and lacks transparency. After submitting a very solid offer, Rebecca failed to respect the agreed-upon timeframe for providing a response, leaving us waiting for almost two days with minimal information.
Rebecca was uncooperative, refusing to disclose the amount of the accepted offer or provide details on why our offer, which was well above the asking price, was declined. She claimed the decision wasn't about money but proved the opposite by encouraging higher and higher bids through competition between clients. She only called to give details regarding the offer after I informed her assistant that I would write a negative review on their page.
It was a very bad experience for the whole family, and after all, we are happy to stay away from this agency.
Overall, Radstock estate agency, and particularly the agent Rebecca, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and transparency. Their poor communication and disregard for agreed timings made the entire process stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

I sold a 2 bedroom flat earlier this year when there was a lot of uncertainty in the market. The Radstock team generated a large number of views and importantly they all seemed genuinely prospective buyers. Once I had an offer George went over and above to ensure that we completed in a quick turnaround, despite all sorts of wrinkles from surveys and mortgage companies etc. From a sellers perspective I couldn't rate the Radstock team more highly.

We are renting through them and since day one the communication has been really good. They are super responsive and care about the properties they are are looking after. They will send someone within 24 hours if there is an issue and fix it if needed in a really timely manner. Honestly I cannot describe the experience. As first time buyers Radstock could not have been more helpful and supportive.
Our main contacts were Alex and Charlie who were great in every-way. Constantly communicating with us they would never wait around and were always the first to pick up the phone to make sure everything was okay.

There was some complexity with the sale in both surveyor reports and Covid driven delays that could have driven some agents to become snarky, but George never let it affect him or his professionalism and was ever helpful.
