Not a great experience, once you finalise your paperwork and you move in you are basically left to deal with all the issues that the builder and contractors failed to complete to an acceptable standard, including basic but important request regarding electrical points agreed with sales lady months before a move in date but not actually communicated to contractors. Water damaged doors throughout the house which I believe a good number of houses in the development are expericing (the list goes on) Site manager fails to manage the team of contractors to complete simple tasks, with many excuses being made....... and the site manager is happy to leave your retired family members to complete the snagging list on their behalf. *update We moved in to our home in July 2018 it is now 28th Jan 2019 and we still have a list of outstanding snagging to be completed by Stewart Milne homes. Take this in to consideration when deciding to purchase as you may be let down as we and a number of other residents have found out. Not sure how you get a 5 star builder award but it certainly isn't for after care/customer services or snagging as its non existent.... Read more
