The Ridings is a lovely estate. Phase 1 is extremely spacious and houses are certainly not squeezed in. Story Homes have been extremely conscientious and thought thoroughly about each individual home they have built so they are not overlooking other properties. No idea where the review saying cramped houses and narrow road was coming from, perhaps they have another estate. This estate is lovely and spacious with lovely green open areas.
