Hayward Todd are amazing. Will was incredibly professional and diligent throughout the entire process. Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. Please save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress and avoid renting a property from Hayward Tod. They will use your vulnerability to get you to secure a property, then when any problems arise they will not want to know. We rented a property that flooded twice in ten days, the landlords (Equorium Property Co) didn’t want to know, basically she couldn’t be bothered with the extra work it was apparently causing her. My Husband phoned Hayward Tod to tell them the property had flooded and spoke to Julie who gave him a fifteen minute lecture on how it was nothing to do with them. The manor in which she spoke to him was absolutely disgusting. We were constantly fobbed off, then they just stopped communicating with us altogether in hope that we would go away. We never received the compensation we were promised towards our damaged items and the extra electricity costs for drying out the property. We have never been treated so poorly and feel very very let down by Hayward Tod. It was our first time renting a property and it has certainly opened our eyes to the put up and shut up attitude, they show towards the family’s that rent from them. No empathy, no duty of care shown, it’s shameful. I just hope the next family who rent Causway House Cottage are made aware of the flood risk, even though this would be morally the right thing to do, I doubt this will happen, and another family will have to go through the stress of cleaning up flood water and damage to their personal possessions. And there certainly won’t be any compassion from either the landlords (Equorium Property) or Hayward Tod.... Read more

Recently moved and Hayward Tod could not of been more helpful and understanding. With prompt replies and fast work, the few issues we had (not Hayward Tods fault) was able to be sorted very quickly. This was down to the staff working so hard and fast and dealing with our issues as a matter of urgency. The staff have all been friendly and approachable and even checked in with us out of hours. I didn't actually move in anywhere, but I wish I did. So professional, and just nice people (specifically Julie, whom dealt with me) who are ready to help one find whatever they need. I didn't end up moving with them due to external circumstances, nothing to do with them, and when I move in the future, I'd be lucky to be dealing with someone half as good as Hayward Tod.... If I could give this shower 0 stars I would. They took over the management of our property 4 years ago. The first tenant was filthy but at least he paid on time. The second tenant paid no Bill's for the 3 months they were there. Then the house lay empty for 6 months. Absolutely disgusting. Talking of disgusting, I visited the property after it had been empty for 3 months and it was utterly horrendous. My wife was inconsolable at the state of it. They actually managed to get a tenant recently, unfortunately we had to ask them to leave. We were told by these idiots that the house was pristine........ It took us 6 days to make it livable. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PROPERTY EVER TO THESE COWBOYS.... Read more

I can only share an absolute 5 star review on my experience with Henry from this estate agent. I was introduced to Henry at my first appionted viewing, from there on, Henry kept in touch, listened to, and answered all my questions and concerns. Also called when other similiar properties came up that matched my requirements. Henry's patience with myself was brilliant, and with his customer service, i got the house i wanted. My only gripe is i have been so happy in my new home, that it has took 4 months to write this review. Given the service i received, i feel bad that 5 is the maximum stars i can give. Highly recommended. Next house purchase will be through Henry. And as the care shown to me when looking at homes, my sale of my house would be through them also. First class!!!.... Read more
