Big thanks to Stephen and the team for their help in my latest investment property purchase on Boundary Road in Carlisle.
I viewed a couple of properties with them, and I wasn't rushed on viewings, they had the answers to the questions I asked and recommended I view the property I eventually purchased.
Supportive and motivated through the purchasing process, and I know from the vendor that they were equally satisfied. A slightly drawn out process due to probate, but I never felt like the property had been put on the back burner.
I can very much recommend these guys and girls as a decent, reputable agent.

Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.

I’ve bought and sold with Linda and Steven and they’ve clearly built a sound team of people at Homesearch. I’ve also rented out a house with them. They’re all brilliant. What I like most is that they don’t mistake fake posh accents with doing a good job! They’re helpful, professional and polite and really do go that extra mile to help. Much appreciated. Very unprofessional, fraudulent and racially biased. Blamed the landlord for everything without even fixing the house. End of tenancy messed the place up and is claimed by whole deposit back. Avoid them for your own good.

Having rented privately for over 30 years and had many experiences with letting agents , I can honestly say this agency is the best . I'm sure many people have had the " YOU MUST DRIVE A BMW"to rent from us attitude. I can guarantee you will not get this from this " family" team of agents. If you are a good honest tenant despite your circumstances you will be treated very well and given the upmost respect.
