Absolutely appalling customer service. If I were renting or selling a property, I would not be using this company. Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable.
