William Bell is a liar. Before moving into my rental property he assured us that we would be able to take on a long term tenancy. I moved 200 miles on the agreement that we could stay in the property for as long as we liked. Despite this after 6 months we were informed that there were no intentions of a long term let as the land is being sold to build a chicken farm and I’ve been told I will be getting evicted. William first tried to deny the possibility of us being evicted because of a broiler being built. It was only after I spoke with the owner of the land that William admitted the truth. The truth being the property was always going to be a short term tenancy. Since then I have been hounded by this agent to get me to move out. In the middle of a global pandemic! I still have 3 months left of my tenancy. I recommend if you have the misfortune of dealing with this agent, that you get everything he says in writing!... Read more
