I've been dealing with Strutt & Parker Letting Dept. in the Chelsea area, for over four years. Marianna Protopapas and her team have always been incredibly professional, proactive, kind and efficient, providing timely feedback. They've always found the best tenants quickly and seamlessly. Strutt & Parker is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

After looking for a few weeks for a new rental in London my wife and I been contacted by Annabel who understood our needs straight away and helped us find the perfect place that ticked all the boxes. Annabel has been great, she has communicated with us very well in the whole process of visiting and securing the property.
While something did not go as planned on the day of handover, the Strutt and Parker Operations team was on hand and supported us. Things can and do go wrong and it’s how they are handled and the team did great. Perhaps stronger internal checks and communication is the opportunity for the company overall BUT it was a lovely and very caring gesture when Annabel, back from her time away called personally to apologise. I would definitely recommend Annabel as she knows her job and understands your needs.

Miles Meacock of Strutt Parker was recommended to us by a friend, and we are very grateful for it. Miles was professional, honest and kind, and very understanding of our needs as sellers. He went above and beyond, as did his wonderful colleague Ellie. Thanks to their efforts, we sold our house in a most timely manner, in a difficult market. We would certainly go to him again if need be.

Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.
