We wanted to take the time to thank Aaron Turner from Strutt and Parker Canterbury because he was incredibly helpful throughout the process of us buying our new house. He always ensured that he came back to us with the answers to our very many questions, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He certainly made the process much easier for us, bearing in mind that purchasing a house can be very stressful. We would recommend Strutt and Parker to any other would-be purchasers.

We had an excellent experience with Strutt & Parker who both sold our house and assisted us with our purchase. Georgie Gibson who managed our sale was brilliant. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. She kept us up to date throughout the process and moved things along in a very professional manner. The sale was very smooth.
Sam Broadbank was the agent who managed our purchase. He too was excellent. From the outset when he and his colleague George came to our house to discuss our sale all the way through the purchase process, Sam was brilliant. An excellent communicator who managed our expectations, supported us and smoothed over any potential problems. It was a pleasure to work with both Sam & Georgie!

Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.
