Buyer beware. Was a good experience in the lead up to the sale, but they didn't follow through on some promises made during purchase process. House was full of vendor's ex-tenant's junk when I moved in. Was left to clear the garden myself (including old freezer full of food) and despite multiple assurances that I would be reimbursed for doing this, I haven't received anything. Numerous calls with no response. In process of reporting them to the Property Ombudsman, unfortunately.

I have been renting via letting agents for many years, standing out from the crowd is Surrey Vale. A Professional Letting and Estate Agents that caters for all types of properties that are dependable, reliable with great communication and a "Can do attitude". Having confidence in a business is very important for me and I know that Surrey Vale fits the bill.

I would just like to say a big thanks to the team at Surrey Vale who helped me to let my property in South Croydon. They were brilliant from start to finish and found me a tenant for my studio flat within 24 hours!! They did all the referencing for me and I am really happy with my tenant as he is really nice and always pays on time.
