24th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)Of three agents in Caterham, we selected Hamptons, not because they said they could get us the highest price, but because they believed in the estimate they gave and it was aligned with what we believed too! A few minor hiccups in comms at the beginning but once sorted the service was excellent. We had several of their sales staff show people around and Elliot brought the winning couple over and handled the comms from there. The sale and onwards purchase was fraught with challenges and took way longer than it would with issues in the chain (of 7 properties). None of them related to our sale or purchase, but Elliot was instrumental in having the whole chain talking to each other and providing almost daily updates. and speedy responses to any email we sent. (Thanks Elliot!). A special mention also to Carrie who took over while Elliot was away without missing a beat and was also very forceful?????? at making things happen. (Thanks to you too Carrie!) All in all, a great experience. Thanks to the whole team behind the scenes too, you know who you are.

Rocco was very polite, patient, helpful, supportive and attentive to my daughter and I. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would highly recommend him.

Robbie was always very helpful, professional, and quick to respond. She guided us through all of the documents and preparation, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood every step. Everything was always to the point, straightforward, and well organised. Her support took away so much of the stress, and we really appreciated how approachable and reliable she was throughout. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 10th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent, which ultimately resulted in me losing out on a property purchase. There were significant and unnecessary delays in validating my offer. Despite being a serious buyer and ready to proceed, the process was slowed down by excessive and intrusive requests for financial information that went far beyond what is typically required at the offer stage. I was asked not only to involve my broker directly but also to provide highly sensitive details, including photographs of my savings accounts. What was particularly concerning was the complete lack of transparency around how my personal data would be handled. No clear explanation was given regarding data protection, storage, or GDPR compliance, which made the situation feel both unprofessional and unsafe. Overall, the process felt disorganised, invasive and poorly managed. As a result of these delays and the way my information was handled, I lost the opportunity to secure the property. I would strongly urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this agent.

The whole team worked incredibly hard to get viewers through the door and did everything they could to push the sale over the line. Their communication, commitment and proactive approach really stood out, and we always felt supported. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

1st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Appalling. I found the tone of Adam's emails to be very unprofessional. I just wanted to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in and was very keen to put an offer on subject to a successful viewing, and we couldn't even get that far. He wanted to confirm my position with my estate agent along with confirmation of my maximum budget and even queries why he couldn't find my property online- was a lot of unnecessary faf for what would have been a quick viewing/easy sale!

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. Tom, Molly and their team went to great lengths to keep us updated regularly via WhatsApp, they got gorgeous photos of our flat and provided us with pragmatic and candid advice all the way through the process. What's great is that they themselves are local so they really know what they're talking about.
