It was a lovely experience to use Bairstow Eves' services for a rental. The way the whole thing was handled was incredibly professional. Jamal Aslam in particular was encouraging, professional, and readily available to address any queries or concerns during the entire process. I would advise nearby renters to use this branch.

Thank you to all the team who made my recent purchase of a buy-to-let property smooth. I have bought two properties from Bairstowe Eves in the area.
Aimee was great. She informed me of a property that I didn't realise was for sale. They listened to me when I said that the price was too high as I had bought a similar property in the same block.
The communication was smooth and they were very patient with me as I also am a surgeon running a private practice so had only small amounts of the time during the day.
Julie was amazing at finding a tenant to move in only a few days after completion.
Also, thank you to Camilla who sold me my first buy-to-let in the area.
