I feel like more could have been done - no For Sale sign went up, we had to chase a lot for updates and it felt like they were always too busy for us. The team are nice though, I think they just like the higher end properties which ours isn't.

I would highly recommend Frost estate agents who I have bought and sold through multiple times.
The service that Frost offers is outstanding, pre-marketing, sale and post sale. On a number of occasions I have had to pop into the office, and i tell you, these guys don't stop. I am super impressed with the hard work ethic, which def. delivers results. On this occasion specifically, Frost have helped me navigate through a tricky sale due to divorce and supported the process with much diplomacy.
A big shout out to my No.1 estate agent Perry, who also found me an amazing property to move onto with a great deal, as well as Lee, and of course MaryJane who helped navigate again the delicate nature of this particular sale. Highly worth the fee - don't go to a chain - these guys really are the best in the area.

Our family had excellent service from Frost Purley from start to finish. We been having a bad experience with a previous different estate agent and so I walked into Frost in Purley and Jenny & Ben basically took over and got things moving that day!
Throughout the process we had numerous other staff members supporting us and helping sell our home but I must especially thank Lee Campbell for his patience and dedication from start to finish. Lee was definitely the deal maker for me! He goes above and beyond and really is a terrific agent. Overall, I highly recommend Frost. Thank you!

Done work on 2 properties they manage and didn’t receive payment when it was due now being told have to wait another month. If you’re a small business don’t do work for these.

When we first marketed our property we used a very well known online estate agent. We had only a few viewings and only one ridiculously low offer. We then changed tactic and went to Frost. This was the best thing we could have done. We had many viewings within the first few days and they secured a buyer in no time. They really have gone above and beyond through the whole process and we have now exchanged. At every step we have felt supported and that they care about our house move. Lee, Ryan, Perry and Vanessa deserve particular mentions, thank you. I can't recommend Frost enough. Their commission is well worth it!

We recently sold our property in South Croydon with Frost and bought via them at the same time. The whole process from start to finish was handled with an excellent level of skill and professionalism by the whole team. From Lee and Adam helping us find our new home and quickly achieving a sale on our old place, through to Vanessa, Ben and Jenny with the sales progression. There were some difficult moments as issues came up down the chain with another agent but Vanessa dealt with these with real skill and care. I don't think we would have got there with any other agent so I'm very grateful for everything they've done for us. Overall, very professional and experienced, all operating as one team. Highly recommend!

We have viewed several properties with Ryan Davies at Frost and he has been brilliant. He has been extremely professional and knowledgable about each property we’ve seen, which we haven’t experienced with most agents recently. He has found us our dream home and was easy to deal with when negotiating the offer. He has been a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend Frost over the other agents I viewed with.

Mislead Completely for past 3 and Half months!!
I put an offer in early May 2019 through Frost Estate Agents which was accepted within 3 days. I was told in the beginning that property is Not in chain and ready to exchange immediately. Then I received an email from Frost- Vanessa on 15 May, that now vendor has submitted a planning application on same day after accepting my offer, on his new home which will be decided within 6 weeks or soon.
I have been chasing on this since 15 May and every time Vanessa confirms that I need to wait for few more weeks.
Today Vanessa confirms that Vendor has not submitted planning application at all with Council. They as an gent should have followed up with vendor, architect and local authority on the progress of the application not just relying on Vendors false promises.
Totally Frustrated with service and not recommending anyone to use Frost Estate Agents Ever!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Bought my elderly in laws bungalow in Purley through them and after dealing with a certain Estate Agent before them, Frost was a we Lomé breath of fresh air.
