We have just completed our house rental using SW16 and are very pleased with the excellent service we received. Jack in particular kept us fully informed all the time and went the extra mile in our opinion in bringing the rental to a very satisfactory conclusion. We would fully recommend their services. We have done business with many agents in the past 10 years but SW16 have been a touch above the rest. Chris and Rita are my two most favourite estate agents ever . They were so polite and helpful and fast , I thought something must be wrong . There wasn’t ! In U.K. we are just so used to bad service from estate agents , we can’t even believe that there might be a good one out there . And these people are . They did a lot of painful checks on me but they did them so fast and moved me in earlier , much earlier, once I told them I need to move in sooner . So happy with the service I got ( and the flat) . The agent we dealt with is the most incompetent real estate agent we have ever encountered. At our viewing he left us outside in the cold for 10 minutes as he was late and then we he turned up he didn't have the right keys to the property. We then waited another 20 minutes in the cold while his colleague brought the keys. They advertised the property at a price and then after we had signed they said it was £400 more per month than the original price. Read all the reviews below. I usually never write reviews on the web but I needed to do this. Was pressuring to sign the deal whereas the first bank transfer has been done. After that, no answers to any emails in case of issue. No explanation or apologies given on the phone. Wanted me to go out of the flat to make visits whereas I was in quarantine. Does not carry out any process professionally or check background for tenants . Try to scam you money from the deposit and change his mind in 15 seconds when you bring the proofs. And the list is long... To quote some of the review "Absolutely worst tenancy agent I have come across." If you see a place that you like, check if other agencies have this product. Avoid this company entirely. I would give 0 stars if I could.... Read more

Unprofessional is the key word for them. Be aware they are scam. After paid everithing, they said that my house was not avaiable anymore,and they didn't explain why. Be carful with 5 stars feedbacks, because as you can see, they are made by fake people(they just leave 2 comments). Be aware and please be carful.... Read more
