I am highly recommend this agency if you looking for professional quality and speed service credit check and referencing in less then 24 h, with a continuous follow up from Bernardo to help us with the process. Thanks to his very good customer service skills, it only took us less than one week from seeing the flat to signing the contract and moving in.

Poor experience selling through them. There are a couple of people in the team who are wonderful but this does not make up for the overall experience and incompetence that caused unnecessary delays, stress and extra costs. I do not recommend them as an estate agent to sell your home through unless you want lot of hassle.

New Malden branch: Experience dealing with a sale from a buyers perspective. Aaron and Serenah are slow to send and follow up with the Credas link, swift to blame the client in their delay to complete the necessary paper work for the seller, unapologetic in their failings, lack customer care and are solely driven to their own agenda. Jake clearly lacks oversight of his own staff.

I looked at flats to rent with Clio Oshea. She was very professional, helpful and polite. She really helped to try and find a place I liked rather than push me into a particular sale. I would definitely recommend Barnard Marcus again.
