I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

I visited this estate agent on the 26th of June and received terrible service. I was racially profiled as one of the agents said, “Don’t tell me you’re a nurse” I guessing because I’m black. Then ignored the fact I wanted to buy rather than rent. She then went onto take my details incredibly slowly then when I had to tell her I was looking to buy for the third time, she realised she had filled out the wrong forms. At this point it was clear I was wasting me time. To make matters worse, her colleague then wanted to know my deposit size and other pieces of information that had nothing to do with my enquiry. They didn’t even have any flats on their books anyway. All in all, a huge waste of time. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are black.

After using various estate agents, i have settled with heaven estate agent. I gave them my property on rent guarantee, which was a straight forward process. The team is professional and a joy to work with Salman who took me thought everything and stays in contact with me.

My Daughter is currently out of the countrie and I had to find her a property for when she starts her new job on her return.I thought it would be long and hard but Heaven have been outstanding in helping us. It only took one viewing to find the right place. Paul was outstanding and I have been so impressed with the level of service from this estate agent. We had the pleasure of Heaven Estate Agent LTD help us find our new property. They were so helpful in help us organised the proper documents to secure our lease. Salman Gillani is a lair, me took money and did not complete the renovation job. He has 3 of my properties on gaurantee rent and now not paying the rent to me. I am in process of taking him to court.

I would just like to say that Heaven Estate Agent done their job very professionally when selling my flat in Streatham. Staff was excellent at getting the sale through when the solicitor seemed to be dragging their heels. I would recommend Heaven Estate Agent completely.
