Done work for them and they dont pay then act like. A bad man when you call them up some old people who took there family propites into business and don't understand basic of business They go on about they 100 propites plus then when it time to pay there no where to be seen All there properties are full of bedbugs and cockroches and bedbugs & rodents they lie to all there tenants before they move in Would not use would rather be homeless To anyone do any work for them i would suggest you get your money upfront as there wont pay there done my business over 10k & when i went to the office they run up There mouths... I rented a property with them a long time back very helpful from what i remember no problems when we had an issue they would be quick to resolve the matter. a few years back we purchased our property and rented it out with Swift Group they are still the same very humble people, fastest way to rent out your property and no headaches. rent on time good tenants what more do you want.... I would highly recommend this agent to any dss tenants, they work very hard to find properties for people who rely on benefits and they even make private properties available to dss tenant with fair agreements from all parties.... Read more

Never give them a holding deposit. You will never get it back. Ali (the manager) promised a moving in date when the property was not even ready. They are just after your money, I nearly became homeless with these expert conmen. They stole £370 from desperate people looking for a property and put the blame on the landlords.... Read more

Never use them - conniving thieves indeed! They will draw you into a false sense of safety and then out of nowhere you don't have a house and they've stolen your money. Not people of their word and no bussiness ethics. Stay away.... Read more
