My personal experience with litebridge residential has been excellent. From paying a holding deposit to moving in the process was smooth and easy with good communication. While living in the rented property, I didn't really have any issues but from seeing my housemates who reported problems, they sent out a handyman to fix issues in a timely manner. Even from leaving the property and handing in my notice, the process was quick and easy. The deposit took a little longer than expected to be returned but after a quick message, I got it straight away. All in all, a good estate agents, would reccomend.... Read more

I don't often leave customer reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to warn potential customers about the serious risks they face in dealing with this unprofessional and dishonest agency. I paid a finders fee for tenants in early 2019, but the agency background checks where poor and incomplete when compared with other agencies that I have used since. The agency were sloppy with drafting the tenancy agreement and got some key details wrong, which caused me problems with the tenants. The tenants used my flat as an AirBnB which was against the terms of the agreement. I asked for assistance from the Agency but their communication and help was poor. I eventually served notice on the tenants who moved out and left me short changed. I asked the agency to refund the unearned finders fee seeing as the tenants only stayed 2 months out of the 12 intended. The agency staff were not apologetic for their mistakes and begrudgingly only refunded a token sum. I would strongly advise customers to stay well clear of this cowboy agency.... Read more
