Jennifer Wratten was in charge of our file and she did a great job ! She's very professional, accommodating, helpful and quick to answer any questions. It was a pleasure to deal with her.
Worst experience ever. I rented a flat from dexters and on the day I moved in I discovered the windows were broken. It took them 3 months to get them fixed. Worst of all this was during the winter period. Their excuse was the landlord wanted to send his own contractor. They are over protective of their landlords and are extremely careless towards the tenants. Dishonest and deceptive team I do not recommend this agent to anyone. As you can see from the reviews they only acknowledge and reply to the good reviews and ignore everything else. Dishonest!
KFH Hammersmith Branch is a blessing to people looking to successfully sell quality properties in the sophisticated property market of London. We have experienced Hannah and her team to be extremely proactive, fair to the buyer and seller and provide a complete peace of mind service!
I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property in their catchment area.
The worst and total useless agency I Have even dealt with. The best task they are able to do is to rip you off! For all the other services they continuously make mistakes and you have to follow everything like you were doing the work yourself, so why paying them?
When you leave the flat there is the “strawberry on the cake” with 76£ fee if you want them to reference you for the new flat!
Please be aware I warned you... if then you are recidive... up to you!
Would like to thank KFH for their services and especially Rebecca who was a life saver when we were looking for a place on a really tight schedule. She even showed us around the neighborhood, which was really helpful! Thank you so much!
We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly.
However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.
I wanted to say thank you to Brian and Mark for smooth transaction and all of their help with my flat purchase. I highly recommend Compton Reeback to anyone who is looking for professional service.
It was a pleasure to deal with you. I was a tenant for 4 years previously before deciding to purchase. Haven't had any issues. Honest and helpful people.
Compton Reeback is a great agency for Landlord , but never go there if you want to rent a property! They're all 100% with the Landlord, and will not give credit to what you have to say. We waited two weeks to have hot water fixed and we had to pay the plumber! But this was okay, no the worst is at the end of the tenancy when they tried to "forced us" to stay in the property for two months more, by allowing us only 2 moving out dates. ( Ultimatum ).
I ve lived in many cities around Europe, and never saw an agency trying to force you to stay.
Had a terrible experience there as a tenant, but I suppose all landlord are very pleased with the agency, as they are not paying for plumbing issues and as the agency makes ultimatum to tenant so they stay longer. This is just power abuse toward young europeans people who are going to go elsewhere if they are not welcome in London.
Brilliant service from Craig at Ludlow Thompson. Very efficient and helped me throughout the whole process of selling my property. He was always available to take my calls and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommended.
Absolutely horrible experience. That was the first time my friends and I were trying to rent a flat in London and I'm already scared of going through the process next time in the future. Our agent, Reiss Stewart, wasn't responsive and even if he managed to reply he was vague and not helpful. Various agency employees were providing us with different information about the referencing process, which in the end led to an enormous misunderstanding that had to be fixed by us with no help from the agency. Our agent lied to me on several occasions, promising things and later on denying that he said anything like that, even though I had emails to prove it. The agency is only focused on money and cares very little about their customers' comfort. 2 days before we were due to move I received a phone call that the boiler in my flat was broken and they are not able to get it fixed before our move-in date. No solution was provided, even though the agency employees were aware of the fact that I had no other option but to move in on the day we agreed upon. We had to count our move-in monies ourselves as the breakdown provided by our agent was incorrect. He promised that the flat will be professionally cleaned before we move in but instead, we got it in a terrible condition, filthy and disgusting, floors were covered with a thick layer of dust left after the refurbishment. He also promised to get me a mirror to the bathroom that I never received. At the beginning, he seemed to be a nice guy, but it turned out that he's nice as long as you pay what they tell you to pay and don't ask any questions. Renting a flat with Ludlow Thompson was extremely stressful experience, that ruined a significant part of my summer. Agency lies to their customers, provides them with false information and tries to take advantage of student customers who lack experience on the property market. On several occasions, if it wasn't for us counting every penny we would have paid much more than we were supposed to pay, as our agent provided us with incorrect breakdowns. Overall, a horrible experience, I can't recommend Ludlow Thompson to anyone as their agents are unfamiliar with their field of expertise, unprofessional, unfriendly and, above all, extremely greedy.
I cannot fault this office whatsoever. I quickly came in to register for upcoming properties for sale and all of the staff I encountered were fantastic! My queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. I look forward to continuing this process with Robertson Smith and Kempson in Acton.
The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.
