worst agency ever. seemed to deter all viewers by concentrating on facts about the property that were not proved or substantiated by specialists. can only assume they worked with buyers/property developers (as suggested on at least one occasion) and encouraged low offers. in fact as soon as this property developer made unfounded revelations about the property it felt as if they were on the side of the buyers rather than working for me to get the best price for the property. undervalued the property and even suggested a similar property up the road was worth more which was not true as the property backed onto a block of flats so had security issues, had a much smaller garden whereas my property was much more desirable. would not use again.... Not great tbh. Little feedback regarding potential buyers views, generally lacked a sense of urgency and proactive sales techniques and strategies. I’d think twice before using them. ... Read more
