One of the worst letting agencies i have ever seen.
Basically if you call and ask deeper details about the price, they will pretend that they can hear you well and they will hang up. Although your signal is perfect.
I called 4 times after that and they never answer again.
Please avoid this horrible agencie, imagine if you let from them and you have an issue.

This is the worst housing agency I have ever seen. They don't like to reply your emails. You can get the their replies only If you are lucky.
When you asked them to send someone to do maintenance, they forgot the appointment.
Those people, who are giving 5stars, are possibly their friends. They didn't mention what they have done well.
Edited: uploaded two screenshots to show they don't pick up calls. I will screenshot how they don't reply email too. Wait for it.

Tried renting a flat was first to view.kept lying and saying we will definite call u but then suddenly said it's gone.bunch of unprofessional guys and liars so would say stay away from them.
The flat I went to see in Southall was rented out to some on DSS because she knew a member of staff as she suggested don't think the landlord knows that.

Literally can't fault the guys over at Oaklands Estates.
I stayed in a property in Shepherds Bush managed by them and received extremely profesionnal, courteous service for the duration of my stay.
They even went so far as to arrange for someone to be at the property to take a delivery when I was busy with work, and have dealt with any minor issues that come up swiftly and professionally.
Will definitely use these guys again if I'm ever renting in West London.
