The appraisal of our property was carried out by Tag MD Paul Gregory. Paul was the fourth estate agent to view and value our property. The three other estate agents were local to our area and familiar with the village. Paul’s approach was really quite refreshing, after the other agents had looked around the house and garden they simply cross referenced the value to recent sales in our road. Paul had an appreciation of all the time, effort and detail involved with renovating the property over the last 20 years. He is clearly passionate about the housing industry and his company. This energy and passion has transferred to all the members of the Tag team that have helped us with our sale. As the saying goes ‘the proof is in the pudding’. Paul’s valuation was between 10 and 15 percent greater than the three other agents!! He was very confident of achieving both a quick sale and the valuation . We considered all the agents thoughts and two months later we instructed Tag to market the property. Charlotte came to take the room details and photos, again we were impressed with the positive passionate approach to her work.
