Hayley was always a pleasure to deal with-friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went perfectly. She kept me well-informed at every stage and went above and beyond to provide support whenever needed. She is a real credit to the company and an outstanding member of the team. 26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Nick Griffiths because I felt very confident that he would sell my house and their charges were slightly less than others. Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

A particular thank you to Gemma, Annie and Emma, who were all switched on, responsive and genuinely engaged. Emma, who assisted with the viewings on the day, was especially patient and kind, and handled everything with warmth and good humour. She made what can often be a tiring process feel far more like a pleasure than a chore.

The professionalism shown, particularly by Victoria Nugent, was exceptional. Also, the calm, friendly advice I received from Vicki Taylor did much to ease the the process and relieve the stress. Vicki kept us well informed and made sure that our wishes were well communicated. For that my wife and I are extremely grateful. Indeed, whenever I called or paid a visit I was struck the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team. Impressive.

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week. Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

From the initial viewing right through to moving in, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole process much less stressful. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly, and Georgia was consistently friendly, approachable, and helpful.Overall, I’ve found the service to be reliable and well-organised, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belvoir! Gloucester , especially Georgia Stevens.

It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!! Nothing has been too much to ask, Ryan has kept us up to date, allowed us to have a second viewing to measure up and has been lovely, easy to talk to and very professional throughout! We would happily recommend Chosen Estate Agents to others when buying a house if you want frequent updates, peace of mind and a friendly, customer focused approach!

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
