If I could give zero stars I would!!!<br>Tom came out and looked around the house and gave us a valuation, and honestly, I couldn't fault him at all - friendly and professional. But Tom left, and nobody else in the office seems capable of doing anything. I have had to chase them up for responses to emails as they do not communicate. The photos they had done were terribl, so Megan came out to do more, and whilst she was likeable in person, she was slow to communicate. I ended up cancelling my contract with them and have gone elsewhere, but they still have my house on their website, so my new agent cannot go ahead and put it on theirs. This typifies the service you get and the extra stress you end up under, as you run around in circles trying to get them to do their job!

5 stars for Ethan in Tewkesbury. Even though I didn't buy through them, Ethan' was helpful throughout my experience with Andrews. There are lots of staff members working from 2 branches which can be confusing at times and on occasion there was very little contact, except for Ethan. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he called me back when he said he would. Always rang to get my feedback. His communication and regular contact made the difference to my short journey with Andrews.

Really not impressed with a recent failure of advertised sale in regards to a property on battle road. Advertised as an auction online, initially enquired and advised will go to auction and no mention of taking offers, enquired again once I knew my schedule to book a viewing and told property had sold. Really not professional, as a cash buyer I could have made an offer at any point if that's was stated by the sales team. Really not impressed if that's how they do business, and I will making enquires to ensure no codes of practice have been broken.

Abysmal service after trialling them for a year with managing a property in Tewkesbury. Terrible communication, staff disappearing and no replies for weeks, inefficient processes, unclear financial statements and methods of working, repeatedly opening the branch late on days when keys were required urgently. I even wrote a lengthy complaint to which I received no response. And finally, when we terminated the contract with them they chased the tenant that they no longer managed for payment and told us they hadn't paid! Unbelievable incompetence and inefficiency. Very disappointing.

The most professional estate agents that we have ever dealt with, and they were representing the property that we were unsuccessful in purchasing!!<br>From the time we first viewed the property with Josh, and then Tom it was also easy to communicate, calls were returned, emails answered and everything was done to try and ensure a successful outcome.<br>Special mention must go to Alex for her amazing effort in trying to ensure completion. Very professional service. Arranged viewings with us to fit our schedule and multiple addresses together. Tom and Stefan were very knowledgeable on the properties they had available and were able to recommend properties based on our needs. They also put us in touch with a mortgage advisor. Although we did not buy a property through Andrews, we are still using the mortgage advisor to purchase a property. The advice we have received had been very useful and moving forwards fees there are very reasonable. I would recommend Andrews.

I am a first-time buyer with no knowledge on mortgages or the buying process. William Greggory helped me (at my pace) understand what a mortgage is and how it works. I was then able establish my affordability based on my current situation. I was then able to obtain a DIP without a hard credit check with ease through Will. I was then guided through the viewing process and support throughout until I had an offer accepted. Me and will set regular review meetings to ensure I was still on board and that I fully understood the next steps. Will then took all my paper work and made it super easy as I didn’t know what docs was required. Will was then able to get a mortgage offer for me when a few other brokers have struggled. Even after the offer was produce will still offered his services to support until completion. I am dearly grateful for Will and his services without him I’d be another first-time buyer being influenced/up sold by commission hungry brokers. I was never under that impression with Will. My needs was always put first even if he had other customers or it was outside traditional working hours. Great job, Well done Will!! Thank you!!

I have been on rather a journey the past few months selling my property through Andrews and have been so impressed with Emily Tarantino and the staff at Tewkesbury. My first buyer dropped out just before contracts were being drawn which was not good news for any of us.<br><br>However Emily and. team worked hard and I now have another buyer. Another problem arose and yet again Emily has come to the rescue. The only real complaint was lack of feedback from viewings. I repeatedly asked each time a viewing was arranged but only received one.
