Moving is so stressful, but when you have the calmness and experience of the Wilkinson team at your side, the experience is a lot less stressful. They recently handled the purchase of my son’s apartment and kept us calm while they dealt with the usual frustrations of the conveyancing process. My son is delighted he is now in his first home and we as parents are extremely grateful to Charlotte in particular for her Stella work in getting this over the line so professionally. Well what can I say… Charlotte has been nothing short of amazing! Selling a shared ownership house is never easy due to the amount of parties involved, but Charlotte and her team were brilliant. Communication was great, helping us to chase everyone involved (don’t think there was anyone she didn’t speak to in order to get the job done!), making sure we got over the line in time due to deadlines linked to the housing association.

After being let down by online estate agents who offer no support and after having two houses fall through due to nobody being there for the buyer, I decided not to look at any houses for sale with online estate agents.
I was also selective of which local estate agents I’d be willing to purchase through. I had 3, as the others seemed to be biased towards the seller. There were some that put no effort into helping me and not being pro active in sending me details of houses on the market.
Wilkinsons, on the other hand worked day and night and put their all into making my family’s wishes come true. They were looking at mine and my families needs in terms of schools, work etc and sent me every suitable house wether it was in budget or not. After my 2nd house fell through (via online estate agents) Wilkinsons were determined to get me sorted ASAP. Within weeks of previous house falling through, they found me my dream house. I am eternally grateful to them as me and my family have our forever home.
They were attached to my dreams and wishes and made it their mission to find a suitable house. I Would highly recommend Wilkinsons SLM for the sale or purchase of your house. You will not be disappointed. They were proactive with making sure the process was as smooth as possible. When they needed answers from Solocitors, mortgage advisors and developers of a new build, they ensured the whole chain were at the top of their game. Avoiding any unnecessary delays.

I have dealt with a few Estate Agents over the last 12months and sadly had very poor vendors previously and the Estate Agents customer service wasn't great. Then, by luck we found another house thinking Third Time lucky after how burnt we got. We spoke to Wilkinson SLM about the issues we had in which they listened and understood our concerns and throughout the purchase made us feel confident, kept us up to date and we felt very valued. I highly recommend to use this team, they have been highly professional, great team to work with and had such a fantastic support. They provide something I didn't get from other Estate Agents which was the personal touch, they are family run business in which we received warmth, humour and kindness throughout.
