O’Connell Property Agents are a family run independent estate agent and have managed my property for over eight years, Roy and his team found me a very suitable tenant with their knowledge, experience and expertise in this field. For the whole of the eight years the whole landlord experience was stress free as they have an excellent customer service policy and endeavour to provide a service with excellence, not once did the team ever not return my call, always helpful, professional and polite, I can not thank you all enough, if you have property to rent then Roy O’Connell and his team come highly recommended. This professional service was then followed on with the estate agency part of the business as O’Connells then proceeded to market my property, they managed all the viewings all the viewings were followed with written feedback, my property sold very quickly and this too has been a very stress free experience. I recently used this agency to rent a fantastic 3 bedroom house in Gloucester. I dealt with a very friendly chap called Oli. As a truck driver I find it very hard to get days off in the week for viewings etc. Oli was fantastic help in working around this issue and helping me through the process of renting a property. When I went to collect the keys he even gave me two bottles of wine which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this agency. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.... Read more

Absolutely a 5 star review. O'Connells have helped us on 3 occasions over the last 15 years, both buying and selling, most recently selling my late Mums retirement flat. Communication is the key for me and O'Connells are 10/10 for this. Frequent updates, even during the times when the wheels turn slowly you're never left wondering what is happening.
