Terrible service for the rental customer. They were not interested in showing me around any property, I had to chase them for all paperwork when I wanted to sign and they mentioned a couple of days before I was due to pick up the keys that I needed additional paper work, after rushing around to get it sorted they didn't bother to ask for it when it came to move in day! Not really sure what I paid them to do! If you're renting, avoid if possible.... Read more

Sky high fees for tenants and landlords alike. Very poor administration, snobby staff. Save your time and go to the Winchester Letting Company or Belgarum.... Read more
